Marjan and Samundar at the reception were extremely kind and helpful.

The staff at the breakfast counter were great when it came to service.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, кровати удобные,завтрак съедобный и кофе неплохой.

Cons:

Ужасно грязное одеяло, противно дотронуться,минимум 5 лет не обновляются и не стираются,в холодильнике шума на морозилке практически упирается в дверцу.
Баню заказали,но почему то на то время отдали другим,на следующий день когда пришли в баню она была закрыта и даже не включена,вообщем померзли с ребенком в бане полчаса, после только чуть теплее стало.Так что полное разочарование с баней.

Хороший отель
Pros:

Очень хороший отель, отличное местоположение, уютный. На ресепшене очень замечательные ребята, отзывчивые, стараются помочь в любой проблеме.

Cons:

Я понимаю, что это чисто субъективное мнение, но мне не понравились завтраки, маленький выбор блюд, кофе отвратительный.
Телевизор в номере почему то вырубался при просмотре фильмов, каждые десять минут.

Pros:

Duże i wygodne pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysto. Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklepy, kawiarnia, restauracja. Spory wybór jedzenia podczas śniadania. Można płacić kartą, lokalną walutą albo USD. Pomocny personel.

Останавливались в номере Делюкс, номер очень просторный, чистый, имеются все туалетные принадлежности, халаты и тапочки. В отеле есть лифт. Бассейн и сауна за отдельную плату. Удобное расположение, рядом есть продуктовый магазин, до ближайшей станции метро 20 минут пешком, на такси за 10-15 минут можно добраться до основных достопримечательностей.
Из пожеланий - сделать завтрак чуть разнообразнее.

Friendly, comfortable and clean hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable room, very clean. Friendly efficient staff even allowed me to check in a little early. Slept well and had an early flight.
