Great value, excellent service and professional staff
Pros:

Can’t be better. Super convenient location. Not even a min walk to metro and rail station. Westlake is two stops away. Room was clean with fresh linen and towel with amenities. reception staff Sam, Zoe and Rookie were great support. They let us check in early and check out late. Plenty of breakfast. Clean and lively dining. Staff were polite. Highly recommend if this fits your budget.

Breakfast Balcony has a great unblock view
Pros:

Just across a zebra crossing is the Hangzhou Train Station and Chengzhan Line 1 Subway Station which can bring you to West Lake (Long Xiang Qiao Station), Hangzhou East Station and Xiao Shan Airport. The breakfast area has a balcony which has a nice paranoma view of the city which has main low buildings. They have the Luckin coffee beans for their coffee machine. I like their chocolate cake and fried rice. All the towels are plastic wrapped.

Cons:

Even though the towels are plastic wrapped but somehow one of the towels has a foul smell which I think is an isolated case. Just remember to check and exchange with a new one.

Pros:

Good location. Had a free laundry which i found especially useful. Fast lift to 20th floor. Good breakfast with a range of choices. Shout out to Sam Xia for exceptional service. Very close to the metro line 5 (red). Can take this to and from the airport

Cons:

Was difficult for Didi to pick up the location.
