Lo único que rescata a este hotel es el personal amable.
Pros:

Lo mejor de éste hotel es la disposición del personal para atenderte, procuraron resolver mi solicitud y siempre fueron amables. El lugar es silencioso lo cuál permite que tengas buen descanso.

Cons:

La habitación es muy grande pero eso implica que sea helada, el baño tiene una tina de hidromasaje pero no funciona. En el cuarto hay muchas ventanas lo cuál hace que el cuarto tenga muchísima luz; no es bueno para los que nos cuesta trabajo dormir con luz. La ropa de cama no es cálida y en nuestra visita no había servicio de restaurante por ser día festivo.

Realicé mi reserva desde la pág de Booking, y dos días antes de mi reserva me contactaron para decirme que no tenían disponibilidad y que cancelara mi reserva. Deberían tener mayor control con la disponibilidad. Ya que tuve que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar.

The person and the people were very friendly and helpful., They explain very good the attractions of the city , and the amenities of the Hotel and provide many health hints

Cons:

THE ROOM THAT WE STAY HAD BED BUGS IN SPANISH CHINCHES, THAT ALMOST EAT MY SON A LIVE, EXTREMELY BAD AND BESIDES THE ROOM WAS NOT VERY CLEAN.
THIS IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE FROM THE HOTEL NOT ONLY FOR THE CLEANINLESS OF THE ROOM BUT THE HEALTH ISSUES THAT WE WERE EXPOSE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY
