Location was great, a lot of stores and restaurants close by and a lot of kids to do at the hotel

Needing a key for everything. A key to get into the hotel doors should be enough

Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious room.

Cons:

Bathroom door needs to be secured more or a different type used.
Shower cleaned more thoroughly so hair not present in it.
Elevator had problem getting to second floor, had to go outside to use stairs.

Breakfast they didn’t have ice for drinks ran out of yogurt I didn’t care for the staff they could have been friendly if you have an allergy to plastic they should have regular silverware 🤨

My stay was and is always wonderful here and I will continue to come back.
Pros:

Didn’t have a chance to experience the breakfast this year, but have never had an issue the past few years being that I’m a return customer every year for Super Bowl.
