A wonderful staying experience
Pros:

Very close to the Samezu License Center, around 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient for those who needs to queue up early morning. Room is clean and equip with everything. There is an Aeon shopping center with restaurant nearby, also 7-11 across the street. Mandarin speaking staff is professional and helpful.

Good value for money, would do it again
Pros:

Very nice standard, and good value for money. There aren’t many hotels of this class in this part of town. If one doesn’t mind a 10 minute walk to the nearest station (easy and enjoyable), I recommend this quiet residential area.

Cons:

Very mixed feelings about staff - their communications skills and agency in particular..
The only exception - and here’s a nod to the Management - is Phuy, a gem.

My room appeared spotless at first glance until I dropped my earring. Hard to reach areas need thorough cleanup.
