Pullman Doha West Bay

After my last fantastic stay I was very much looking forward to returning to The Pullman West Bay. In my previous review I had mentioned Phoo, the most marvellous staff member, who took such great care of me. 



I couldn’t believe when I arrived at check-in and there was the wonderful Phoo. I immediately, without having to introduce myself, received the friendliest & sincerest welcome back, by name and once again Pooh provided amazing service; thanking me for my return and mentioning that she knew I would be arriving today, she even remembered what side of the building I stayed in previously, and so thoughtfully allocated a suite on the opposite side, so I could experience a differing view of the city. What wonderful service once more!



Again my suite was superb with a huge entrance lobby, living and dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The views were incredible. Welcome amenities soon arrived and everything was faultless

.

The Executive Lounge was a nice place to relax with a cup of tea and again with a fantastic view. They also provide breakfast, a light lunch and evening drinks in the lounge. As throughout the staff here were helpful and efficient, especially the male member of staff, who worked his socks off, looking after guests. 



All too soon it was time to leave but again Phoo had kindly arranged for a late check-out so I could relax and make the most of my stay before my flight back to Heathrow. I even managed a few pages of my book by the pool.



Once again my sincerest best wishes and thanks to Phoo who truly provides 5* service, with kindness, professionalism and a helpful manner throughout.



My only regret was I only was staying one night & I very much look forward to my return.

We visited the Pullman Doha West Bay during the F1 weekend as a group of 11 and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the location was superb. Our rooms and suites were well above expectations.

A special shout-out to Yasin, the Front Office Manager, who handled our entire group perfectly—even though we had booked through a third party. This experience and the genuine Qatari hospitality have inspired me to visit Doha again, and I’m already planning a trip back with my family.

My phone recently reminded me of these memories, and I decided it's never too late to share. Amazing Doha, and an amazing stay at the Pullman!

I'm staying at Pullman for one month, maybe two, but I could quite easily live here forever.

My room is awesome, huge, clean, comfortable, full of accessories, and with an awesome view.

Bathroom is perfect: shower, bath, a big sink, a bidet, two bathrobes, a lot of bath towels, abundant soap and shampoo.

Restaurants are good, serving several kinds of food, from healthy salads to Italian pasta. There's even a sport pub with cocktails and ethnic food. And a pastry shop.

The staff is awesome!
Everyone is super kind and friendly, always smiling, always available, always willing to help you with all your needs but never intrusive.
My friend Pavan is a hero!
He made me feel at home, helping me like I was part of his family!
And every time I see the smiles of the receptionists, my day gets brighter.

It was perfect hotel and perfect service as well, personel was very helpful but specially Sara and Oumaima from reception helped me a lot and they are very kind and smiling.

We were looked after extremely well

Pullman Doha West Bay hotel little bit disappointed me. Me and my colleagues were accommodated in this hotel by company. Our company paid the full board service, laundry, 3 meals. The service was perfect the first days, but after the staff approach was quite different. We had to ask personally for the coffee during lunch and dinner times, after it's quite awkward each time to ask. Additionally, we had to ask for the salmon also personally. For the buffet it was not available. Even when we ask personally, the first days they were quite generous, but after a few days their approach was quite disappointing. These comments are not only from me, but from minimum 4 people.

the room is very cozy and has great location! Very helpful and accommodating staff like Bikram from concierge, reliable house keeping and reception team! salute to everyone!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed, with many offering impressive city views, while the facilities, such as the pool, gym, and restaurants, add to the overall experience. I really love the atmosphere in the hotel; it is very calm and relaxing. The noise level is almost zero it feels like I am the only guest on the floor.
The service is generally warm and professional, although a few visitors have noted occasional delays or inconsistencies at the front desk. Overall, it delivers strong value for a 5-star property, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for quality without the ultra-luxury price tag.
Thank you so much for the excellent service from the reception team, room cleaners, restaurant staff, security, and all hotel staff. Kudos to the management! I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a great experience to stay here during the Eid Holidays. The room was good. Thanks for all staff, they’re very nice and helpful. Also, thanks for Sydney for assisting me.
