The location & availability of parking

Cons:

The staff was not very educated to the hospitality.
I already requested extra bed prior to the stay but not brought in the same time. As well the staff did not have information regarding the extra bed.
The telephone in the room was not working and when I requested the recipients to resolve she said already done.

I’d like to share feedback from my recent stay on Thursday, 28 May 2026. This was my third visit to your hotel, and I’ve always had positive experiences in the past.

We arrived for check-in at 3:00 PM and were advised that our rooms would be ready in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I checked with the front desk and was informed that one room is available, while the other two would need an additional hour.

I noticed other families were also waiting in the lobby for their rooms and were disappointed.

The staff mentioned it was due to the holiday period “Eid Al-Adha” and high occupancy. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but a bit more preparation during peak times would help ensure a smoother check-in experience for guests.

I hope this feedback helps improve operations for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
