The worst experience I’ve had

I would like to formally express my serious disappointment with the level of service and the way I have been treated during my stay.

The service has been extremely poor from the moment I arrived. When I got to the hotel, there was no one available to assist with my car, and I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes simply because there were not enough staff available. This is particularly unacceptable considering that the hotel is fully aware that there is a wedding taking place today and should have been properly prepared for the increased number of guests.

I also tried calling the hotel several times, but no one answered. I find it extremely frustrating that, as a guest in a large hotel, I have to repeatedly call just to get someone to answer the phone.

Furthermore, I was told that I needed to go down to the basement myself to collect my food. I had already informed the hotel that I am getting ready for a wedding. How is it reasonable to expect me to go down to the basement myself when I am in the middle of getting ready and do not even have a maid with me? What is even more disappointing is that no one offered any assistance or showed any consideration for my situation.

The hotel should be providing assistance and making the guest’s experience easier, not creating additional inconvenience.

There is also a very unpleasant smell in the area, which further adds to the poor experience.

At 1:45 PM, I contacted reception and specifically asked for someone to come and collect my luggage. It is now 2:18 PM, and I am STILL waiting. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes just for someone to collect my luggage.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that the hotel is repeatedly calling and putting pressure on me regarding check-out, while at the same time I am waiting for your staff to come and collect my luggage.
