Have stayed at this hotel various times, it is always clean and staff is friendly.
Pros:

The location is close to downtown Mayo buildings. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We could not get either of the TV’s in our rooms to cast from our iPads, computers or phones. I told them at the desk they were going to send someone to the room but no one showed up. I rented 2 rooms they were far from each other, prefer they on are same floor since you cannot visit if someone is on a different floor due to elevator lock. Some of the shades did not work in our room.

This hotel provides good service for an affordable price.
Pros:

This hotel is very well located in Rochester MN. We went there because I had to undergo surgery at Mayo Clinic, for which we had to stay a month. In that sense, the hotel was perfect: the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the clinic was within walking distance. The rooms were very adequate, and breakfast was plentiful and nice!

Cons:

Nothing... the hotel had a very nice staff and even an outdoor terrace to enjoy the sunshine. Maybe the rooms could be cleaned more frequently, but that would be all.

Exceptional last minute booking.
Pros:

It was a last minute booking as the bed and breakfast we originally booked was really bad. I booked the room on the night of the 15th and we were in on the 16th. Room also had a great view on the city.

Cons:

The food we ordered, nothing to do with the hotel.
