Breakfast was fantastic, the staff was great! The room was very clean, I was disappointed in the bed and pillows. Just not what I had hopped for.

I do not recommend this hotel. You could pay a lot less, and find a better hotel even closer to the Methodist Campus.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room, including a very comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Good blackout curtains. Good breakfast. We had no complaints and would would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Mayo Clinic. we were able to walk to the Clinic. Breakfast was good. They also offered a shuttle to the Clinic.

Black mold in shower pinch your fingers to expand the photos black mold. You could even smell it when I first opened the shower door. Been coming for about two year's medical. Staff not the same one newish girl very passive aggressive. Not what it used to be

Perfect location and easy to find for surgery at Charlton Building, Mayo Clinic. No issues with construction, which is taking place all over Rochester, MN.

I stayed here for multiple days over several weeks for work. Each week my room was fantastic, very comfortable, clean, and I was amazed how quiet it is. I never heard a sound from the hall or another room. The breakfast is very good, with many hot food options that vary day to day, as well as oatmeal, cereal, bagels, juices, etc. In the evening they also serve a complimentary soup of the day, which is a really nice surprise. Just a very classy, well thought out, wonderful hotel. I do know the attached parking ramp can get full in the evening, but I never had an issue finding a spot. And I did hear the occasional train whistle briefly, but that didn't bother me. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast more than made up for it :)

Desk. Safe parking. Staff have excellent directions for clinic access. Clean clean clean. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Morning breakfast s excellent pool is clean and nice to use evening soup and crackers a great touch

The room was very spacious which was a fun surprise! BUT the parking ramp is a nightmare if you have anything over a mid-sized SUV. The breakfast was a little too light for a bunch of pre-teen boys.

Hyatt House Mayo was so convenient for our appointments at Mayo Clinic. The staff especially Beth Hansen and Sarah Haskell are fantastic. We needed to extend our stay due to our changing medical situation and were so happy to connect with Home4Healing a non-profit who has special rates for leukemia patients at Hyatt in Rochester. We ended up staying over 2 months and the Hyatt House staff, accommodations, and amenities were a lifeline in very difficult time.

I am disabled & received confirmation of the ADA room type, but upon arrival 8 pm, they did not have the ADA room available. Instead of informing me, the front desk male complained to me & blamed me for needing an accommodation. I was overcharged for parking & no folio was provided. Online checkin and checkout did not work. They should be ashamed of how their staff treat disabled guests, but they’re not. Manager completely unresponsive.

Close to Mayo Clinic. Free breakfast. Transportation available. Dirty qtip on the room floor entry, sucker on the side of the bed, dirty remote, problem with wifi. Price is reduced for cancer patients.

Wonderful customer service and perfect location near the Mayo Civic Center! Scott went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—I truly felt welcomed in Rochester, MN. Excellent experience all around. I’ll definitely be returning for next year’s conference!

Everything was great at Hyatt House! We loved the spacious room, the beds, the hot breakfast, the awesome whirlpool, and the very friendly staff!

Easy check in. Appreciated having wheelchair available. Convenient parking.

We had a great stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the parking lot doesn’t have enough space for all the guests. Parking is free though if you get a spot.
