The hotel is modern, has a decent gym, and is close to shopping and restaraunts. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the toilet flush in the room above us. We also had noisy neighbors next to us-children stomping and jumping until 2 am and their mother screaming at the top of her lungs. Most of the washers and dryers were out of order during our stay. Our room was never cleaned during our 4 night stay, only trash removal and towel refresh. I would not stay here again.
I had such a great experience I booked my hotel stay last minute and got in rather late. I was greeted at the front desk by a Mrs. Ellysia who was super friendly and helpful later on My family and I stayed in the lobby and she was very accommodating to us all and made our stay that much more special. we thank you for your hospitality Mrs Ellysia and will definitely be back.
The room was clean.I did not use their laundry service.So I do not know how that would be , but the staff was pretty friendly

Front desk just so-so, chatting on their cell instead of paying attention to the guests and what's happening in the lobby. Also, when I spoke to front desk about clogged toilet, the person on duty handed me a plunger. That's not my job as a guest! Call maintenance! Staff needs customer service training. Breakfast area needed a few reminders. Had to ask to get the hot oatmeal toppings refilled, e.g. nuts, granola, brown sugar. These items should have been topped off before guests come down for breakfast. Same with the utensils, had to ask for spoons. On the other hand, the offerings were very nice, one day had a spinach and cheese tart. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Definitely having a kitchenette is a big plus as we did store some groceries and meals in there. The location was perfect with all the stores in the area. A shoutout to Ieasha W who made it easy to reserve a block of rooms and conference room for our family event. She asked what and how we wanted the setup and even had suggestions, bringing in paper goods and cups for our snacks. Then I had an issue with billing that the front desk and credit card company couldn't fix, a call to Iesha, she found the issue, problem gone. Overall, I would stay here again.
Generally a decent hotel. Many hotel guest upset with the unannounced fire alarm tests at 6:45am throughout hotel, performed by incompetent alarm company and unapologetic staff. Coffe to-go stations at front door didn’t have lids that fit the cups (who does that?), supposedly ‘backordered’. Shower body wash replaced with hand soap? These issues don’t scream ‘professional’. Room was quiet, barely enough parking, and breakfast okay. Doable and not overpriced.

I stayed here recently with my three kids. While the hotel overall was decent and the room felt clean and mostly up to our standards, there were a few issues that made me hesitant about staying again.
Safety was my biggest concern. At check-in, the front desk staff said my room number out loud in the lobby, which made me uneasy. As a woman traveling alone with children, I really don’t want strangers knowing exactly where we’re staying.
Breakfast was just okay. It was free, which I appreciated, but the options were a bit disappointing. The biggest frustration was the coffee station: the cups, lids, and sleeves didn’t match, so I couldn’t properly cover my coffee to take it with me on the road. Small detail, but frustrating when traveling.
Lastly, customer service could be improved. When my daughter politely turned in our room keys at checkout, the staff member didn’t look up from her computer and just said, “k, thanks.” It felt dismissive and unfriendly, which left a sour note on the end of our stay.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, and I did feel generally safe, but these small issues added up and left me unsure if I’d choose this hotel again in the future.

I did not realize the hotel was pet friendly. However, We love pets. It was ok until we could hear them barking late evening. We later ,upon leaving forgot to ask if certain floor are designed for families with pets. Knowing/ being reminded of pets presence would help to ensure a quiet space via room choices.
