Pros:

Everythong in this hotel was fab. The staff were lovely, the room was divine, all in all it became a beloved hotel; hopefully, we will visit again sometime.

A gem of a hotel in Sannomiya, great value for a wonderful stay at The Royal Park Canvas - Kobe
Pros:

This is my first time in Kobe and I'm glad I chose The Royal Park Canvas - Kobe Sannomiya. Just a short walk from the Sannomiya station, Sannomiya Center Gai, different train lines if you want to explore outside Kobe, the Ikuta Shrine, Nankinmachi (Chinatown), and the Former Foreign Settlement where I spent a nice leisurely morning. I love that they also have free ice cream for guests at the ground floor restaurant and alcoholic drinks at fair prices. The staff are very accommodating & helpful & the rooms are great!

Pros:

Es gab kostenlos Kaffee, Regenschirme zum ausleihen. Gesichtsmasken und Wasser konnten an der Rezeption kostenfrei abgeholt werden.
Saubere und etwas größere Zimmer, aber nicht super groß.

Cons:

Kurz nach dem Check-Out wollten wir to-go noch einen Kaffee mitnehmen. Dies wurde uns verweigert, außer wir bezahlen 800 YEN, weil wir bereits ausgecheckt haben. Wenn wir aber den Kaffee vor dem Check-Out genommen hätten, wäre das kein Problem gewesen. Die Logik dahinter finde ich persönlich nicht zufriedenstellend und mit solchen Aktionen schießt sich ein Hotel selbst ins Aus, wobei meine Meinung zum Hotel selbst vorher positiv war.
Schade, aber hätte nicht sein müssen.

Cómodo, conveniente y limpio
Pros:

Me parece muy cómodo.
Está nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones.
La ubicación está bien porque está muy cerca de la estación del tren y hay muchas atracciones cercanas, a las que se puede llegar caminando o en transporte público fácilmente desde el hotel.

Cons:

El desayuno no es muy variado y los dos días que desayunamos ahí tenían el mismo menú. Solamente cambió un platillo, todo lo demás era exactamente lo mismo.
La zona del hotel no es la más limpia y ordenada, hay mucha vida nocturna al rededor y es común escuchar gritos durante la noche de las personas que trasnochan en la zona. Pero el hotel está muy bien.

Pros:

服務人員→因為一行人共三間房人數多，辦理入住的過程要填寫資料有點冗長，但櫃台人員還是親切的辦理完成，且詳細說明飯店提供的服務，很棒。

房間→房間乾淨整潔，清潔人員整理得很好，而且三人房空間足夠打開行李箱，衛浴乾溼分離，整體體驗非常推薦，飯店晚上20點~22點提供房客享用冰淇淋，還有多項選擇的膠囊咖啡可以使用，真的很貼心。

地區環境→距離三宮站真的很近，出飯店不管走哪邊都是非常熱鬧的區域，步行到三宮商店街、元町區域其實都很近，餐廳選項多到讓人後悔沒再多待幾天好好的繼續探索，飯店對面是唐吉軻德，補貨方便。

Cons:

雖然是家庭旅遊，但浴室門是全透玻璃這一點讓人有點尷尬。

Perfectly nice stay
Pros:

Location was good; near train and close to Chinatown and other cool neighborhoods. Good size room for urban Japan. Convenience store attached to hotel
