Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig
Der Empfang war unhöflich und ohne Interesse.
Kaum eine Information, weder in welcher Etage/Zimmer sind, wo der Lift ist, keine Info zum Frühstück, keine Info zum Deposit. Keine Höflichkeiten. Enttäuschend. Der Checkout hingegen war professionell und höflicher 👍

Die Kopfkissen viel zu hart und Spiegel staubig
I booked the hotel because my overseas flight arrived in the evening and my connecting flight did not leave until early morning of the next day. It was very easy to walk the short distance from the terminal to the hotel. Check in was quick and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a shower that had exceeded water pressure. The room was very quiet and had proper black out curtains. Check out at 5 am was quickly done and again I appreciated the short distance to the terminal.
The room had been pre-paid via booking, however the hotel still took a 200 CHF deposit for "incidentals". Considering that there is no mini bar in the room I find this deposit unnecessary. Also there is a 7 CHF city tax p.p. which had to be paid separately at check out. I really don't understand why this cannot be included in the room rate in the first place .
Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet und entsprach einem hohen Standard. Die Rezeption war ausgesprochen professionell, effizient und auf meine Wünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen – das hat mich beeindruckt.
Beim Frühstück war ich allerdings überrascht. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 450 CHF hätte ich eine vollständigere Auswahl erwartet. Es fehlten Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure, eine grössere Auswahl an Säften sowie eine umfangreichere Käse- und Charcuterie-Auswahl. Das entsprach nicht dem Preisniveau und dem sonst hohen Standard des Hauses.
