Pros:

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean facilities, and close proximity to lots of attractions...air force academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, and many others.

Cons:

Only issue was cleaning staff didn't turn my room over one day and 2nd day when they did they forgot to add toilet paper. Front desk staff quickly rectified this.

Good value for your money
Pros:

Room was nice and clean and bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly and a big plus for me was having coffee available 24/7 !

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better with more variety & fruit.

Comfortable beds. Blackout curtains. Microwave.

Cons:

Empty shampoo and body wash bottles, shower operations complicated and instructions wrong. Got locked out of room. Hot tub not working. Water from shower spread to bathroom floor. Extra charge today is unexplained so will need to call to straighten out.

Pros:

The staff was lovely and the room was pretty good especially considering the price. Breakfast was alright, loads of options.

Cons:

Most bakery goods were good except for the scone that were extremely sugary and apart from that tasteless.

Very nice––Clean––Good value
Pros:

The hotel is quite new. It was exceptionally clean. the staff was very friendly, Breakfast was kept filled. The breakfast room was spacious.

Cons:

It is right next to 25. In the morning I heard a lot of vehicles going to work. The noise was outside not in the hotel.

The air circulation fan was very loud, My wife had a very hard time sleeping because of this.

Would stay here again
Pros:

This location is conveniently located next to several restaurants and gas stations. It is not far from the freeway which makes travel around Colorado Springs easy.

Cons:

Every night around 10 PM someone would turn on music outside the hotel. For over an hour the base of the music was so loud. It was hard to sleep.

Great location and very comfortable rooms!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our room...very comfortable and spacious! Housekeeping was fantastic and the breakfast that was provided was terrific!

The pool could have been a bit warmer!
