Shout out to Jerrod for being such an awesome person! He was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with while checking in any hotel!!!

Cons:

The hot tub was cold, but usually it’s one of the best places to stop.

Very satisfied with stay,would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful,room was clean and comfortable, everything worked,called for additional towels and they delivered in 5 minutes,staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The Jacuzzi wasn't working properly because of a heating problem for over 10 days,was really looking forward to hot tub after visiting nearby attractions.Was able to use it,but the water was warm not hot.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredible friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Easy check in. Conveniently located. Clean rooms. I would definitely return.
Pros:

Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was great but if I had to be critical of something, I would say the bed pillows could be improved. They were flat with no support and woke up with neck pain. I would also say the breakfast dining area floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in quite awhile. These minor things wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. Our overall experience was very good and do recommend.
