Nice and clean
Pros:

Good hotel and clean, especially for the room which getting much better sinced last 3 months my last stay. The food still the same, looked no rotation for the breakfast, and why the lobby now is getting more crowded with the stands and the kids zone. Very nice and friendly front staff and helpfull room boy. Thank you and good job

Little getaway
Pros:

The staffs were great, friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food option and the taste is good too, also the bar/lounge at the rooftop was very nice especially if you want to see the city view. The food was also good and the staffs were also very nice

Complain but no actions
Pros:

I detected some issues with the toilet bowl. They told me someone will be coming to check. Someone came. But I informed him that I prefer to change room. Nothing happened. At 3 am, went in for number 2. Flushed. Same thing happen. They said they will check. Now. Im listeng to the plumber pumping the toilet. its so uncomfortable. At last. After 3 trips of going down to the receptionist at 5.27am i was told that I can change my room which I could have done this hours earlier.

Need Improvement to Catch Up the 4 Stars hotel status
Pros:

Here's my overall review for this hotel after staying for one night at Pakons Prime hotel.

Pro's :
The location is so strategic, within walking distance to many restaurants, convenience store, and donuts shop is beside the lobby area.

They also provide a small playground for kids, quite good to make my kids busy while i'm doing a check in process.

COns :
As a Hotel labeled with a Four star hotel. I think a lot of aspects need to improved by Management.
1. Swimming Area : Limited space to seat while watching your kids swimming.
2. The Bell in room is not working
3. The quality of TV is so bad. And the variety of channel is limited.
