Very friendly and helpful gentleman in the morning.
Reception can be closed for most of the rest of the day, but for check-in keys can be obtained from a key box with a code. Breakfast is basic but good.

Cons:

The showerdrain seemed to have been blocked on purpose to reduce water consumption.

Pros:

Solide, günstig, fußläufig entfernt vom S-Bahnhof Echterdingen ( in Stuttgart-Mitte ist man nach 25 Minuten Fahrt) ist das Haus preiswerte Alternative zu wesentlich höherpreisigen Stuttgart-Hotels. Zudem ist Echterdingen selbst auch schön anzusehen.

Pokoje a prostory starší, ale čisté a uklizené.
Výbroný poměr cena/výkon.

Zavřená recepce při příjezdu, klíče ve schránce.
Nouzový telefon zvoní v recepci, která byla zavřená.
Okna směrem do hlučné ulice.
Na pokoji bylo hodně teplo, což v kombinaci s hlučnou ulicí komplikovalo větrání.
