Staff was very accommodating..

No pool
The room was perfect for one night. No frills but bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, AC wasn't too noisy, bath was compact but immaculate. Breakfast was great. Amazing choices of teas and even had honey, make your own waffles, decent coffee. The only complaint I had (and it's not just this hotel) is that anyone in the hallway making any kind of noise comes right into the room. Adjacent room had children who were up around 7:00 and weren't extremely noisy, just not quiet. Maybe hotels should post signs in hallways reminding guests that there are other people still in bed and trying to sleep at all times of the day and night. Hallways should be like libraries... whispering only. Go to the lobby or into the room to talk, play, etc.

Everything was great. Was very convenient on our way from Niagara Falls to Letchworth State park .

Great location near Letchworth State Park, with friendly and welcoming staff. This is my second time staying here, and it never disappoints. Excellent breakfast choices and coffee!

Breakfast was all frozen food and could have been better.
One has to ask staff for refilling and they ran out of butter.
We did not stay for breakfast, we needed to leave early to our next destination. The room was small but it met our purposes.
Convient location for what we were in the area to do. Everything was well maintained and clean. The continental breakfast is true to what it is and was fine.
The bathroom sink area! There is no vanity or space to put anything near the bathroom sink - shaving gear, tooth brush, etc.
comfy beds, great tv, perfect location, perfect space, perfect bath, hot water, spacey (even know it's a little small, reamend at least 1-4 people) breakfast is open from 6-10am. they have a market kind of cheap. checking in was fast easy and GREAT! costumer service, very clean no dirt no nothing. everyone was chill and quiet and respectful. very peaceful. great area for fishing, hiking walking etc. overall great place to stay 100% recombed.
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is perfect if you wish to make a stop whilst driving towards Finger lakes or NYC. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was superb! There was a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine if I remember correctly. The bench under the window was such a nice touch to the whole decor. The staff was really lovely, especially lady on the reception (I believe she's the manager). There is a small shop in the lobby for snacks and 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate just next to the reception. Parking was easy and the whole area looks nice and clean.
Breakfast could do with some more fresh veggies and fruits. I know it's not a typical American breakfast without waffles and muffins, but some more healthier options would be nice. Also, not really a complaint, but the shower is super, super powerful!! Coming from Europe, it feels like showering under Niagara falls!! 😅 I'm just thinking about wasting so much water, not sure if the pressure could be adjusted.
