Pros:

accès par digicode complètement autonome, la position de l hôtel n est pas en centre ville cependant les stations de tram et de location vélos sont au pied de l immeuble ainsi qu une pizzeria et une boulangerie. Très bien positionné pour aller au magnifique parc sans soucis.
hyper réactivité de là "réception" via WhatsApp en cas de demande.
L.appartement est quasi neuf, bien décoré, très agréable, grande baie vitrée et chambre spacieuse ( nous avions la suite L + chambre).
Bien équipé pour cuisiner ( explucheur, couteau a pain, casseroles,..).
douche très chaude et 1 grande + 1 petite serviette par personne,.top

Cons:

il faudrait mettre un peu plus de couverts et d assiettes : 4 sets lorsqu on est 4, ce n est pas pratique surtout si on cuisine.
Le papier toilette est vraiment de basse qualité 😂.
toilettes dans l espace sanitaire, exactement en face de la douche 🤔.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Cons:

Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich.
In der Küche ist fast keine Ablage Möglichkeiten wenn man mal abwaschen muss, weil das Geschirr abgezählt ist und kein Spüler vorhanden. Sonst ist alles da, was man braucht.

Clean and comfortable! Great location and great ammeneites around.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with tons of space! And the ear plugs on the nightstand were perfect and thoughtful, it helped with the train noise!

Cons:

It was kind of hard to find the entry door but there were thorough instructions that helped me figure it out. I would also have liked to see washcloths in the bathroom.

Schönes Zimmer OHNE Terrasse
Pros:

Unten ist gleich ein Bäcker und eine Pizzeria, die an Feiertagen allerdings nicht geöffnet hat. Lidl und Apotheke sind etwas weiter weg. Potsdam ist ganz schön und man kann einiges anschauen. Vor der Tür fährt gleich eine Straßenbahn.

Cons:

Ich hatte aufgrund des Startbildes eine große Terrasse erwartet. Das war mit ein Grund, warum ich das Zimmer gebucht habe. Nachdem ich alte Google-Bewertungen gecheckt hatte, stellte sich Ernüchterung ein. Das komplette Gebäude hat keine einzige Terrasse. Das ist Irreführung!!! Entfernen Sie das Bild!
Ausserdem gefiel mir nicht, dass der Kühlschrank nicht richtig sauber war. Mit Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen kann ich mich auch nicht anfreunden. Filterkaffee wäre umweltfreundlicher und man müsste sich als Gast nicht noch Gedanken machen, wo man jetzt noch passende Kapseln für diese Maschine zu kaufen bekommt. Die Tassengrösse war auch nicht richtig eingestellt.
Die Armatur im Bad am Waschbecken war ziemlich locker.

Wirklich zu empfehlen- wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Neu und modern eingerichtet. Lage sehr gut! Sehr sauber und gute Infrastruktur. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Nichts wirklich- die Fußbodenheizung im Wohn/ Schlafbereich konnte nicht runtergeregelt werden und die Küchenbeleuchtung war defekt. Aber das sind wirklich keine wirklichen Mängel. Leider ist das Limehome von der Straße schlecht zu erkennen (keine Schilder) und die Jochen-Klepper-Str. ist zweigeteilt, was das Auffinden der TG zur Herausforderung gemacht hat.
Wir waren aber sehr zufrieden! Wirklich zu empfehlen 👍🏻
