Posthofstr ist viel ruhiger. Apartment selbst war ja ok. Da war ich schon oft.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, zweckmäßig, aber sehr „abgezählt“ ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir wurden von der Posthofstr. In die Charlottenstraße umgeleitet (nach Einverständnis unsererseits). Wir wussten nicht, dass es sehr viel Lärm von der Straße gibt, insbesondere Ladeverkehr.

Cons:

ich war im Dachgeschoss untergebracht. An den heißesten Tagen im Jahr kein Vergnügen. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof kostet 9 Euro / Tag und muss vorher angemeldet werden, Das war mir nicht bewusst. Vor dem Haus ist nur Parken für Anlieger.
Darüber Hinaus ist das Parken auf dem Hof mit großen Autos schwer möglich. Wenn der Parkplatz voll besetzt ist, macht das Ausparken keinen Spass.

Potsdam ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Pros:

Lage war Top. Konnten viele Ausflugsziele mit dem Rad erreichen. Bis zur Innenstadt und zur Schiffsanlegestelle war es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war einfach.

Für den Preis war alles gut! Ich war zufrieden und wer mehr will, muss eben auch mehr bezahlen!
Pros:

Es war von der Einrichtung wie in einer Jugendherberge oder im Ferienlager, aber so nah am Zentrum, ruhig, Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof und für den Preis (78 € pro Nacht) war für mich alles in Ordnung!!!

Cons:

Kaffeetassen waren nicht aufgewaschen! Heizung im Bad ging an, obwohl sie ausgestellt war und draußen waren es um die 23 Grad!

Parkplatzsituation wurde vom Personal nicht richtig organisiert. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz zugeteilt, der dann am nächsten Tag belegt war. Auch angeblich freie Plätze waren dann vergeben. Zuerst wurden wir beschuldigt keinen Parkplatz gebucht zu haben, nachdem wir den Nachrichtenverlauf zeigten, wurden die anderen Gäste beschuldigt auf falschen Parkplätzen zu stehen. Letztendlich mussten wir auf einem Parkplatz parken, der sehr klein war und unser Auto teilweise herausragte. Wir haben uns mit der Situation nicht wohlgefühlt.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren schnell erreichbar. Dadurch konnten wir die Umgebung bequem erkunden und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen.
