Pros:

Das Apartment war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die ruhige Lage ist hervorragend (absolute Bestlage in Passau!). Die Buchung und alles drumherum haben sehr gut geklappt.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, aber leider wird die Ruhe durch das Geräusch des Haustüröffners ein wenig gestört. Hier könnte man Abhilfe schaffen, indem man eine geräuschlose Türoffnung installiert. Gerade für das untere Apartment ist das Geräusch in der Nacht etwas störend. Der Türöffner war normalerweise lauter als die Tür oder die eintretenden Gäste.
Auf der Küchenseite gab es weder Jalousien noch einen Vorhang, auch hier könnte leicht Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Ich würde trotzdem gerne wieder im Baronhaus übernachten, aber nach Beseitigung dieser Mängel wäre es wirklich perfekt.

Die Lage ist für den Besuch der Stadt gut.

Cons:

Leider gibt es einige Kritikpunkte:
Der Toilettendeckel war defekt und barg somit Verletzungsgefahr.
Das Kochfeld; der Backofen und die Dunstabzugshaube hatten keine Funktion.
Die Spülmaschine konnte auf Grund fehlender Einsätze nicht benutzt werden.

Pros:

The area around this apartment was very nice. Checking in was a nightmare. Expedia was part of the check in issue. I made a reservation through my email. The apartment owners did send something on Whatsapp, but I did not know to look at that app. Neither expedia nor the owners told me where to look for check in information. Also, I thought it was a hotel from the description on expedia, but it is not. It is a clean apartment in a nice area of passau

Die Lage war ideal. Direkt an der Höllgasse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß, sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

In einer Nachtischlampe gab es keine Glühbirne und trotz Anfrage bei der Vermieterin und Ihrem Versprechen dieses am nächsten Tag zu beheben ist nichts passiert.
