Amazing
Pros:

I booked this room to prepare for my cruise and the room was nicely accommodating. It was clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good and organized. It was nice to have a smooth process with everything. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

I would come back

Breakfast was late. The person in charge was on her phone and did not seem to be on a hurry in spite of the fact people were waiting to eat. Did
Not open until after 7 pm a ln hour late. If I had to get to the airport earlier, I would be upset. Also why are the hard boiled eggs cold????

It was very pleasant
Pros:

The front desk representatives were very polite and nice. The main lobby was clean and very modern. It has everything that we needed and the free breakfast with make your own pancakes was great my kids loved the toppings they were able to select for their pancakes.

Cons:

The cleaning staff attempted to come into my room more than once after notifying them that I paid for late check out

That facility itself was clean, comfortable and people were courteous and nice.
Pros:

The staff at the facility was fabulous. However, the complementary transportation from airport to hotel was held on wheels. I guess that’s what you get when it’s complementary. The driver was the most inconsiderate driver I’ve ever come across. Trying to hold my tongue. He appeared pissed and had an attitude problem.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Small but good for a one night stay.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower. The location. Walking to find dinner was uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The traffic was loud. The air conditioner sounded like a propeller airplane.
