Meeting Room Experience - Excellent
Pros:

I hold numerous meetings in California each year and I just booked three meetings at the Hampton Inn - Lake Forest this year. My meeting was Friday, Feb 28, 2026 and the experience was wonderful. Professional, friendly staff. Clean sleeping and meeting rooms, excellent banquet staff. The meeting space was very quiet considering it was across from the breakfast area. I also appreciated the restaurant/bar in the hotel and several restaurants nearby.

I look forward to holding future meetings at this location.

Hard Bed, Will Not Stay Here Again
Pros:

I travel a lot, I am not a fussy traveler, but the bed at this Hampton, OH MAN! This is what I would expect at a Motel 6 or Red Roof, the bed is HARD, the linens are sub par and the blanket comforter is minimal, I find it hard to believe this is considered a Hilton property. This Hotel is fairly new and really clean, but the bed what was someone thinking when they purchased this mattress (how much money can we save on mattresses?) I will never stay here again, my back is sore and I have a long day planned on my feet. Property staff, feel free to contact me and I can provide any additional feedback, thank you

Still a nice short vacation.
Pros:

I really liked the spacious parking, the staff was nice, and the quietness.

Cons:

Our room’s bathroom sink had a rotten egg smell.

Outstanding Venue and Services
Pros:

My experience at the Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest venue was outstanding! From the services provided by the personable staff (Michaela R., Crishiel M., Noah B., as well as the front desk attendants) to the setup in the banquet room, everything was managed very professionally. The attention to detail regarding advance access to the banquet room, the food requests, signature cocktails, and overall follow-up on special requirements was amazing.

Booking this venue for an event and/or overnight accommodations is a no-brainer. I will definitely return and would recommend the reasonably priced, easy access location to anyone that's planning an event or just simply looking for a great nights stay!

I love Hampton hotel, everything there is great , Breakfast, cleaning, the parking, and the most important is the staff(
Pros:

The staff are very kind and helpful, the hotel was clean and the service was excellent.👍

Cons:

The elevator, because the hotel is very big and 2 elevators are not enough. First day in my stay there, it was only one working, so the waiting time was long.
