Outstanding Venue and Services
Pros:

My experience at the Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest venue was outstanding! From the services provided by the personable staff (Michaela R., Crishiel M., Noah B., as well as the front desk attendants) to the setup in the banquet room, everything was managed very professionally. The attention to detail regarding advance access to the banquet room, the food requests, signature cocktails, and overall follow-up on special requirements was amazing.

Booking this venue for an event and/or overnight accommodations is a no-brainer. I will definitely return and would recommend the reasonably priced, easy access location to anyone that's planning an event or just simply looking for a great nights stay!

I love Hampton hotel, everything there is great , Breakfast, cleaning, the parking, and the most important is the staff(
Pros:

The staff are very kind and helpful, the hotel was clean and the service was excellent.👍

Cons:

The elevator, because the hotel is very big and 2 elevators are not enough. First day in my stay there, it was only one working, so the waiting time was long.

Great place to hold your meetings
Pros:

The pickings are slim in Saddleback Valley for great places to hold luncheon/dinner meetings. If you are looking somewhere to hold meeting, I highly recommend Hampton Inn Irvine Spectrum Lake Forest. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is always pleasant. It’s a perfect spot for any event. A group I belong to has been holding our meetings there for over a year and have never been disappointed.

Friendly, Helpful, Efficient!
Pros:

We had a tram building workshop here! Both Mika and Crishiel were super helpful and accommodating to our budget before the event. On the day of the event Juan, Wendy, Aaron and of course Crishiel were of great assistance to me and my team. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our event ran without a hitch!

Above and beyond managers leads to another flawless business meeting.
Pros:

We hosted a vendor show as well as an all company meeting here in November. I cannot say enough about Crishiel and Mika who were my events managers. Talk about catering to my needs, effective communication and flawless execution. These two were consummate professionals and brought it all day long. Additionally the staff was pleasant and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. In addition, Mika and Christel are the reason why I will book all of our future meetings at this venue. This year we sprung and paid extra for additional food packages for breakfast and lunch, and the feedback from our associates was such a positive endorsement. Worth the additional few dollars per head to upgrade from the deli patters (which were always solid). I cannot say how pleased I am with our decision to book here and I cannot recommend this facility and these two enough.
