Pros:

la struttura era in ottime condizioni e pulita, la signora Paola è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, inoltre magnifica la vasca idromassaggio e molto comodo il servizio della colazione in camera.

Soggiornato per una notte, check-in alle 22.00, check-out alle 10.00 am, per un host direi che sono il cliente “perfetto”, non abbiamo usato nemmeno la doccia in quanto appena rientrati dalle terme, mi serviva solo per dormire.
L’host ci ha avvisato che la nostra camera non era disponibile a causa di un altro ospite e ci ha dato una “superior” che ha la vasca idromassaggio in camera. Appena entrati ci ha subito detto che la vasca non era pagata e che quindi non potevamo usarla, che anche qua lasciamo stare (in tutti gli altri posti se mi fai l’upgrade della camera a causa tua io posso usare tutto, non che dato che “non ho pagato la vasca” la posso solo guardare). Ci ha avvisato che anche il terrazzo non era utilizzabile causa lavori il giorno dopo, ma che non avrebbero fatto rumore gli operai. Bene, alle 9.00 mi sveglio con un martello che percuote sopra le nostre teste. Lo faccio presente all’host la mattina dicendo che non ho gradito e la risposta è stata che “eh siete tornati alle 3 stanotte” e “dovevano iniziare almeno finiscono in fretta i lavori”. 1) che un host mi faccia la frecciata di a che ora torno la notte non è un problema suo, soprattutto se lo faccio in silenzio nella mia stanza 2) io mi posso svegliare alle 9.55 per lasciare la camera, pertanto la frecciata del “i lavori sono iniziati alle 9 passate eh” se la poteva risparmiare. Camera pagata ben 90 euro per una sola notte senza usare nulla di più. In più Booking segnala come tassa di soggiorno 1,50 (l’ho visto ora purtroppo) mentre lei ha fatto pagare 4 euro e non 3 (due persone), credo sia corretto aggiornare il costo su Booking. Alla fine mi ha proposto per “scusarsi” uno sconto per il prossimo pernottamento (che non faro), poteva scontare il soggiorno di oggi. Mi spiace ma la recensione se la
