Creative, cozy, clean, friendly, professional, and unique.
Pros:

Fantastic rooms! Most unique rooms on this planet. Awesome bar and music scene. Great breakfast options for a variety of dietary needs and preferences. The staff was very friendly, and the space in the lobby was very cozy and creative. We stayed there twice and will be back again.

Cons:

I couldn't stay longer.

Very hip hotel , great location with bars restaurants cafes close by
Pros:

Very cool , undergoing renovations on the exterior so not pretty on the outside but very cool internally , great bar and dj on the night we stayed and arty gift shop

Exterior renovation but I’m sure will look very cool when finished

可愛いお部屋に満足です。
Pros:

オシャレで清潔感があり、またスタッフの方も親切で素敵でした。

Cons:

外壁工事の為、足場で覆われており外の光が一一切入らなかったことと、製氷機や自動販売機などか施設内にあれば嬉しかったです。

Straightforward comfy stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a calm and not very touristy area which we enjoyed. No fuss experience. We chose a room that had a more tranquil design (in comparison to other rooms), but what made the overall experience better was the bathroom since it was thoughtfully designed with simple but good finishes and the shower was great (not to mention the japanese toilet with the bidet!) Bonus; we loved the soap/shampoo scent, sometimes those small details make up the memory of a place.

Cons:

I guess this is a general caveat for staying in Tokyo but the room was small and didn't really have much place to hang clothes.

Best beds in Japan, an artsy stay for the memorybank!
Pros:

The rooms are just stunning, we had Sushi wars and it was supercool!
Bed was perfect, bathroom spacious and great!

Breakfast was out of this world and the staff super friendly.
If you want to live in an art piece, this is it!

Cons:

The location is not so convenient in regards of public transportation.
We used mostly Uber to get around
