Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Das Parken war problematisch. Vor dem Hotel ist kein Halt möglich. In der Querstasse gegenüber war dann ein Halt möglich, nach Block- Umfahrung, da Einbahnstraße.
service was goed.
Ontbijt was ondermaats. Brood was niet vers, koffie niet vers gezet, slecht automaat. Ik had meer kwaliteit verwacht.

Complicated access by car, size of the room limited, price too high.

Er is een buitenzwembad op de bovenverdieping, maar dit is niet echt uitnodigend. Je kan er ook niets drinken.
Dat vond ik een beetje jammer.

Not all staff well trained for customer service. We experienced bad attitude by two different staff in different work spaces.
The location is excellent and very convenient.
The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and pleasant.
The smell in our room was extremely strong, so we asked to change rooms, but the second room had the same problem. There was almost no privacy when opening the window, as the apartment building next door was directly in front of us.
We paid €480 per night, or €1,880 for four nights, so we were very disappointed that water was provided only once and the amenities were not replenished. There were only a few tissues in a small packet, and these were not replaced either.
The soundproofing was almost nonexistent. We could hear voices, footsteps, toilet sounds, and noises from several rooms. The worst was the constant sound of chairs being moved. We were woken up by noises during the night.
The pool also looked much larger in the Booking.com photos, but in reality it was very small and not suitable for swimming.
Overall, we feel the price and quality do not match.
AMAZING STAFF.. SERVICE FOOD AND LOCATION..ALL EXCELLENT
Top-Lage um die schöne Stadt Donostia- San Sebastián auszukundschaften. Schnell zu Fuss am Meer und in der Altstadt. Besonderes Ambiente des Gebäudes.
Das Frühstück im Untergeschoss passt nacht zum restlichen Ambiente.

Rapport qualité / prix de la chambre (en moyenne 525 euros la nuit ) pour un 4* … alors je m’attendais à mieux …. Fitness à taille ridicule (max moins 10m2)
Piscine en rooftop sans bar … ok … mais sans service … faut prendre nos verres au bar et monter au 7eme …parking à 25Euros la nuit …
This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful reception/bar area.
The staff were all extremely professional and helpful.
The room was spacious with a nice modern bathroom and very comfortable bed.
The location was perfect for walking to everything.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
