Good hotel, except for the umbrella saga.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The location was good, but there was no sea view. Service was friendly and efficient, and we were given adjacent rooms.

Cons:

We were charged for items from the mini bar which we did not have. These were refunded. We were also charged for the use of two umbrellas, which I thought was somewhat pathetic. My son in law paid 4 euros for these on his credit card, but I was subsequently charged again for them. I e mailed the hotel, but they failed to respond. I am, therefore, 4 euros out of pocket!

Excelente Hotel en San Sebastian
Pros:

La ubicacion inmejorable a una cuadra de la Playa de la Concha, y a 10 minutos a pie de la parte vieja de la ciudad donde disfrutas de la gastronomia de San Sebastian, a mitad de camino de todo, de la Catedral, del Funicular, del puerto, a 9 minutos de la estacion de tren. Realmente me fue una muy grata sorpresa, ya que el hotel es un ex convento, el de San Martin, asique la entrada y hall del hotel es una belleza y las habitaciones absolutamente minimalistas, el baño comodisimo y muy completo! La relacion precio calidad es excelente, voy a sugerir siempre este hotel.

Cons:

No se si porque era una habitacion Standard la que conseguí porque el hotel estaba full, la misma no tenia pantuflas, pero un detalle muy poco importante y el tema del televisor si pudiera hacerse streaming de peliculas desde el movil seria genial. Pero no es absolutamente nada prioritario.

Tolles Hotel mit Flair.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffetangebot ist toll. Der Kaffee ist speziell fein. Zimmer sehr geräumig und angenehm. Lage top. Hat wirklich alles, was man braucht.

Cons:

Velos könnte man gratis ausleihen. Fand ich teuer für zwei Stunden (man kann es für 12h oder mehr mieten). Frühstücksbuffet sollte sorgfältiger unterhalten werden, Käse schwitzt, es sah ungepflegt aus. Ein Mitarbeiter:in sollte sich darum kümmern und dort etwas Ordnung halten, auch mit Teepulver, bei Müesli, nachfüllen wo nötig, ohne Hinweise der Kund:innen.
