Pros:

Très très bien situé, en plein centre ville à proximité de tout. Hôtel d’une propreté absolue, le personnel est très accueillant et les services apportées d’une grande qualité (bagages, voiturier, conciergerie…).

A wonderful 4 star hotel that feels more like a 5!
Pros:

Everything - from the central location, spectacular reception entrance, to the modern spacious rooms, to the wonderful breakfast and the valet parking service ..

Cons:

Nothing really .. would definitely stay again. Only thing is would be nice to have box tissues in the room and free water provided daily and not just the first day, but these are small things.

A garagem para o carro, rampa muito íngreme. O funcionário do hotel é que conduziu o carro, bateu por baixo e não demonstrou preocupação com o fato.

Great location but some way to go to earn its stars.

Location excellent. Lovely building.
Very good housekeeping.
Very good parking & porter service.

Cons:

Rather dour front of house and bar staff. There were exceptions to this when we had excellent service from both a senior front of house woman and a man when retrieving our car from the car park. No real table service in bar. Very limited menu in bar restaurant and limited room service menu. The breakfast wasn’t particularly good quality and a lot of the tables were so close to the food areas that people were practically sitting on your table whilst they made their toast. Very unpleasant.
Only one coffee pod per person in the room and nasty plastic cups. Complimentary water only on day 1.
Loo paper so thin and narrow, slightly useless. No box of tissues in the room, just a little sachet.

Zenit convento es un hotel muy lindo, muy céntrico de todo . Buena habitación !!! Con muy buen desayuno . Puedes pedir los huevos a la carta también y eso para mí es primordial . La verdad bastante completo . Es un hotel tranquilo como con una paz desde que entras , ya que sientes que estás entrando a una iglesia . Su entrada en el lobby es tal cual así . Ya que antes eso era un convento jejeje pero súper cool .

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó que si vas en carro particular , tienes estacionamiento 🅿️ del hotel 🏨. Pero pagas 25€ extra del monto del hotel y me pareció bastante elevado ese costo por día 😔.

Perfect location, helpful staff, comfortable room.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Bright, spacious room. Great bathroom and shower. Superb location, close to the promenade. Nice bar downstairs for a drink in the evening.

Cons:

More English speaking channels on TV would have been nice, but not an issue.
