Excelente ubicación y hall espectacular.

Die Lage zum Strand und die kostenlosen Strandtücher sind super. Man ist nahe zu Restaurants und zur Kathedrale.
Für den Preis müsste Parking verfügbar sein. Der Pool ist mega klein. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig aber bis auf die Früchte nicht wirklich lecker. Wegen dem Lärm vom Strasserverkehr kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Nothing to complain about
Imaginative mix of the old convent building and modern hotel chic. Central location 2 mins from beach and 5 mins from old town. Friendly and helpful staff - Marco in particular was very helpful with our car and suggestions for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and very varied.
Nothing really. We did speak to the manager about the lack of bottled water in the room after the first day. He said that the tap water in San Sebastián was excellent so perhaps they could do more to promote and encourage guests to drink the tap water rather than buying bottled water.

Piękny hotel o wyjątkowym wystroju. Klimatyczne, stylowe wnętrza bardzo starannie zaaranżowane. Bardzo profesjonalny i uprzejmy personel, wszędzie duża dbałość o ekologię. Śniadania pyszne, skomponowane z wysokiej jakości produktów. Byliśmy zachwyceni pobytem, już planujemy kolejny :)
Staff was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. We loved the beautiful hotel and very much appreciated the room upgrade. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the bike rental.
The gym was a bit small, but modern.
Staff cortese e disponibile, hotel profumato e pulito, posizione strategica in pochi minuti sei sul lungomare alla Playa Concha ed alla città vecchia, colazione eccezionale. Lo consiglio a tutti.
