I hotell beskrivningen stod det lägenhetshotell fullt utrustad,det fanns inget i köket,inga balkongmöbler,galgar,morgonrockar osv,efter att vi påpekade det fick vi en del,personalen pratade mkt dålig engelska.Fick ingen info om något när vi chekade in.

Great place but needs an update!
Pros:

The walls are paper thin! You can hear everything from a bag drop to doors slamming.
Other than that the service and the location is amazing! Beautiful views and was addressed by name during our stay’

Disappointing
Pros:

Very disappointed with this “Resort Spa” hotel. The website is deceiving. Kitchenette with no cutlery, crockery or any cooking utensils. Fridge kept turning off. Many of the power points did not work. Air con in bedroom only so had to buy a fan for my daughter who was sleeping on the sofa- no fans available from the hotel. Had to clean all the surfaces before using as they were very dusty and sellotaped down many bits of broken laminate as we were getting splinters from them. Adequate balcony but no seating or table available to sit out on it. Bed was extremely hard. Shower head blocked so water only dribbled out and that was either cold or extremely hot. Shower cubicle kept overflowing- wouldn’t drain away quickly. Toilet kept blocking up, causing bathroom to smell from drains. Washing machine in every room but you had to pay to use it- this wasn’t mentioned on the website. Breakfast buffet was adequate if you liked Asian food for breakfast. Most days no toast or even butter available. Staff were friendly and one or two spoke/understood English reasonably well. Never saw the adjoining spa treatment building open or anyone trying to use their services. Pool felt slimy under foot.

Nice apartment close to Nai Harn beach
Pros:

Apartments are nice. Internet service was intermittent and cable tv was not working during a 6 day stay. Phones are not setup to make local calls. Breakfast buffet is a nice effort but is geared towards a possibly asian clientele. Ann at reception is fantastic, she was the highlight of our stay.
