Well, we made the best out of it as family in a life crisis due to circumstance. But the kids left the bird cages.
Pros:

Clean a new and the kids enjoyed it!

Cons:

I have breakfast the kids like to pool table and birdcages with the kids sworn around on the birdcages were great!

Stayed 2 nights TV and phone never worked. They tried a few times, but no luck. .

I didn't eat breakfast, just had tea.

Cons:

What a disappointment. Stayed 2 nights and the tv and phone never worked. Was constantly told they were going to fix them but never did. The phone finally worked at 10:30 the morning we were checking out. When checking in they told us knew they both didn't work. The hotel was fully booked and they said they couldn't give us a different room.
I had tea 4 times. The water was never hot. You didn't even need a sleeve on your paper cup. There weren't any black tea teabags, only black flavored teas. It's similar to having only flavored coffee to drink; most people don't like it.
We usually stay at Home 2 Suites across the United States. We stayed 4 nights at a Tru Hotel last year in Indiana and were very happy.

The hotel was so clean and I really enjoy my get away. The only disadvantage was storage space in the room

Clean and friendly! We had a whole sports teams there and that staff was very accommodating!
