Very nice
Pros:

Beautiful room , and very comfortable bed , overall very clean and good facilities. The shower size was very large and the shower was lovely. Would recommend to others . And would happily return.

Cons:

The lady that checked us In seemed very shy/uncomfortable, she seemed pleasant enough but lacked confidence which made the whole check in process very awkward and forced. Perhaps a little more training would be needed with how to approach guests. Also there were a few yellow stains on the bed but nothing major .

Overall we were pleased with our stay and would stay there again, if we should travel that way again
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower room was adequate, the water pressure good.
The breakfast choices were reasonable and dining facilities adequate.
The pool we enjoyed on a number of occasions.

Cons:

This is the first hotel that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many around the world), that did not have a phone in the room, so if you wanted to communicate with the reception for instance, you had to walk there.
In addition there was not any toilet roll holder or brush, provided in the shower room.

Pros:

Very nice big rooms and warm, good location.

Cons:

Was told the owner wanted to put us in rooms with no electricity, but lady on reception put us in different rooms who was very nice.

Business trip
Pros:

Professional, friendly staff. The bar was okay. WiFi worked well, comfy bed.

Cons:

I was in the annex, the room was freezing and I didn’t realise the thermostats were on the radiators radiators so had no heating all night. The sink in the bathroom was tiny and there was nowhere for my bathroom stuff so not ideal, and there are weird blue lights that were really bright when I accidentally turned them on instead of the side light in the middle of the night.
