Cons:

Parking confusion with hourly verses staying guest. Ended up doing hourly without knowing and paid every time I left the parking garage .

The motel was short staffed. Only one person to handle the check in. Poor planning especially during a 70 team baseball tournament. I booked through booking.com and paid them on full for my room. I waited about an hour to get checked in. Stood I n line this long. Ridiculous and unacceptable. The receptionist asked for a credit card. I told her I paid in full for my room. I was told it was for incidental. I was NEVEr told I had to pay $32 for parking. It was not listed on the sight, booking.com nor was this fee disclosed to me at check-in. I did not authorize this charge to my credit card and I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Very poor business and unlawful.

Very pleasant, friendly staff, comfortable.
Pros:

Tucked away right by the harbor. Pretty views day and night. Complimentary drinks every evening.

Cons:

That it advertised balcony with a harbor view but you had to peek around the side of the balcony to get the view. Just don’t expect to sit on your balcony with a cup of coffee and stare at a view. It’s there but not straight ahead.

Nice surroundings but some items need attention for me to score the hotel a 10.
Pros:

Location, parking and the great breakfast!
At the check out desk, Rick was very helpful and extremely courteous.

Cons:

Toilets too low to the floor. Shower head didn’t work very well. The couch needed spot cleaning.
The beds were very firm and uncomfortable.

Enjoyed our time there but next time would like to know what floor unit is on and if has elevator.
Pros:

Location was great. Access to beach was good.

Cons:

Bath floor corners and edges needed detailed cleaning. WE WERE ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. WE ARE 66 YRS OLD WITH KNEE ISSUES AND TAKING OUR LUGGAGE UP TO 3RD FLOOR USING STEPS WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT!
