Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor Mt. Pleasant

The suite was very comfortable, 2 large tv’s in suite. Nice comfortable bedding, easy to control thermostat in suite. The bathroom was great. Nice shower. No problem getting to hotel using GPS.
Very clean. In lobby I could see the Robo vacuum doing its thing.
4th floor ice machine ran out of ice mid day one day. I mentioned it to a staff employee. (House keeping). He volunteered to go to next floor and fill my ice bucket up. Very thoughtful of him. (Sorry I didn’t get his name)
Front check-in-clerk Stephanie, after I inquired if I could upgrade using points, she changed our room to one that had a partial harbor view. It was really nice, and I didn’t need to pay upgrade price. So shout out to Stephanie. She made our stay better! Thank you!

Only down was needing a Keurig in the room( spoiled Embassy Guest) otherwise this is a very very nice Hotel....Breakfast was excellent and so was Dani....Thank you for a great Stay!

Dani was great! She had many discount offerings, suggestions on where to go and is extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Rick and Dani were great! The hotel is beautiful, we will definitely be staying here more often! Hilton is our go-to chain for amazing hotels

Rick and Stephanie at the front desk helped us at check in and they started our trip off on the right foot! The breakfast was delicious, the views are stunning, I hope I get the opportunity to return!

I have had the pleasure of staying at Hilton hotels all over the country and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with Hilton. The location was wonderful, the views were great, the food and staff were outstanding! The room was very clean, the hallways were clean and best of all it was quiet and inviting. Will definitely be choosing this Embassy Suites the next time I am in Mount Pleasant.

Dani Herbert is an amazing consultant and really helped us put together a great plan for our two days in Charleston. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable!

Had a great experience, beautiful lobby, top notch rooms our had a living room! Love the courtyard with fountain with comfy chairs to enjoy a beverage from the nearby bar. Dani helped us with area attractions as a great concierge & vacation club info, so friendly, knowledgeable & honest.

Highly recommend! Armani and Stephanie were the best. Armani was so helpful and kind. The hotel was beautiful and clean.

We had the very best experience possible! It was my second visit to this hotel and it is by far the best Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in. The decor, cleanliness, my balcony room, breakfast and restaurant food were all excellent. I must give personal thanks to Jennifer (front desk attendant), Ashley (front desk attendant), Thurm (chef) and Dani Herbert (HGV ambassador) for outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back!

The hotel overlooks Charleston Harbor and the view is beautiful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made to order omelettes and a big shout out to the desk staff, Stephanie, Haley, Rick and Nick. They were very pleasant and I especially appreciate the way they accommodated a special need I have.
We will definitely return.

We love the hotel and Dee was exceptional. We will definitely be back soon to view the city and spend some time. Again please Dee was great and he deserves a raise.
