I was upgraded to the Grand Mercure. The room was fantastic, incredibly comfortable and fantastic value for money. Break

Incredibly helpful and kind reception staff. Room was great, very comfortable and having arrived in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight the late check out was very much appreciated.

Not recommendable because of sound and inside design

I booking this hotel ibis styles dubai but when I reach there staff say me we upgrade your different hotel with five star hotel but is looking like even not 2 star really not comfortable too much noisy all night don’t able to sleep properly because of the wall material is very very bad other room when they’re talking looking like it’s staying with us same room a hotel name was ( Grand Mercury Dubai Airport ) I remember very clearly ibis styles staff said me we upgrade you with 5 star hotel
