One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai
Excellent service, great location, and a very professional team. A special thank you to Mr Hamza front office manager for the exceptional support and attention to detail he was also so friendly,helpful and professional

Great overall if you are staying on a normal weekend not public holidays.
Pros:

Easy access to metro even we have car my kid also wanted to experience riding the train so we let her try it and its walking distance only. Pools are massive also and have kids as well. Room are neat also.

Cons:

Staff in lobby, they are very slow to process check ins. It took us almost 45mins just to get our access card. They dont seem happy on providing customer service. Pools also are extremely crowded during the time of our visit so we didnt enjoyed too much. My kid does, so as long as my kid enjoyed it im good with it.

Cons:

The air conditioner was extremely hot, and I reported it because it took them more than 5 hours to change rooms, and we couldn't sleep when we arrived.

Pros:

Room are good and clean

Cons:

Only one swimming pool was working, other one was under maintenance as staff was saying and I see it not acceptable specially during Eid holidays and you know very well that you will get lots of bookings, you should have arranged and completed the maintenance before the EID
