I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient. Everything was perfect, but what made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Alaa. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, treating every guest with genuine kindness and care.

I would also like to thank Collins, the bellman, for his excellent assistance. He was extremely helpful, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, making our arrival and departure smooth and comfortable.

A big thank you to both Alaa and Collins for their exceptional hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!
