Had the water not been an issue this hotel would absolutely be a 10 star review. I will say they felt awful and gave us

Updated hotel, very clean and comfortable with exceptionally nice staff. Close to everything!

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay there was an issue with the hot water system and we were unable to shower on our last evening and early morning departure for a 12 hour trip. They had emergency technicians working but parts had to be ordered.

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel looked high end but staff was friendlier and more helpful than staff at most hotels of this caliber. Restaurant was superb too. No complaints.

It was ok but not worth the money
Pros:

Location was nice and close to wedding venue
Area seemed safe

Cons:

It was far too noisy
I could hear the highway and all the people in their rooms late at night when trying to sleep
Air conditioner was weird in that it was on AC only under 66 degrees went to heat on 67

I am Diabetic who needs a clean environment to take my medication and the room was not clean I have photographs of a pie

The room floor was filthy. Not just a little dusty, so filthy my daughter came to visit me with my 4 year old grandson, he took his shoes off in the room and after they left she had to throw his socks away
