The pool is wonderful! The water is warm and the pool area is clean with ample towels, a large bathroom adjacent and a good amount of chairs.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds and the trundle under the couch were very comfortable. The hotel smells nice. The staff were all friendly and professional. Common areas offer plenty of seating. The breakfast was good- omelets, sausage, Belgian waffles, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, scones, cereal, English muffins and toast. Plenty of parking and easy access with a keycard to get in and out any of the several exits to the parking lots. Microwave, fridge and keurig in the room. The bathroom was big, with a lot of counter space. Shower was clean, great hot water, good water pressure. Though we didnt use it, there is a gym that looked clean and had plenty of equipment.
Its also a short drive to the Xfinity Center so it was perfect for staying after a show!
The bathroom door didnt lock, but it wasnt really an issue for us.
We had a little trouble at check in with payment. I paid when I booked and they had no record of it. After a few tense minutes, they were able to get it squared away. They said booking through a third party complicates the transaction as the hotel only takes payment at arrival, not before. Booking takes the payment and sends the hotel a credit card number for the hotel to charge. I think the staff were just unaware of how that works and hopefully its not an issue anyone else encounters.
Clean
Staff and they didn’t give me the room I booked
Pool closed.Breakfast could be a little upgraded.
The staff were incredibly courteous, helpful, and genuine in attitude

The staff was phenomenal - we got in very late with our 2 y.o and Xavier already had us checked in with a room facing the parking lot so it would be quiet. He was awesome! The room was clean & modern. Second night, Casey saw us bring our son in holding a toy Squirtle; he initiated a conversation and took it upon himself to go find a Pokémon coloring sheet for him. I don't think I've ever been so happy with hotel staff in my life lol. We were in town visiting family and this is definitely going to be our repeat hotel from now on. Super happy with our stay!
My only complaint is that the fridge wasn't working and I didn't realize until our food spoiled. Otherwise everything was exceptional
Location
Room wasn’t clean once in the 4 days we were there
Pool wasn’t open
Used for the World Cup. Easy taxi ride to the stadium
Plastic cutlery and paper plates in the restaurant.
Limpio, cómodo, ofrecen desayuno
Clean and tidy
Nothing very pleased customer
Nicely furnished room, good breakfast.
Friendly staff, location great for stadium, not so easy to get in to Boston
Handy guest laundry room.
arrived on a Wednesday was told at check in the basketball hoop was no longer, someone broke the backboard. (Why not order a new one? They are like $200 delivered); also Pool is closed for maintenance….”should be open next day.” No, it was closed the entire weekend - we were there 4 nights on an extended road trip, our kids had been looking forward to some swimming and shooting hoops.
This hotel also had water shut off for maintenance the day we arrived. We missed that inconvenience but it was from 10 am to 3 pm?. What is going on Marriott? This was not a cheap stay.
I would also say the design of a bathroom for a family of 4-5 staying would really benefit from a separate sink/ vanity so people can use that while others in shower/WC.
