Emplacement central : on peut presque tout visiter à pied.
Proche du marché couvert de Bolhao (cf juste en face la Confeitaria do Bolhão avec des Bolas de Berlim délicieux !), de la rue commerçante Santa Catarina.
Proche de 2 lignes de métro (Bolhao et Aliados). Pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport.
L'hôtel est également proche du départ (Sao Bento) du bus n°500 à 2 étages qui se rend jusqu'aux plages.
Chambre avec vue sur de la verdure, très bien isolée. Pas eu besoin de chauffage ou de climatisation en mai. Donc, silence complet pour dormir.
Le mini-bar est silencieux.
Pas de moquette.
Personnel de l'accueil discret mais souriant. Réception ouverte 24/24.
Salle de sport qui ouvre trop tard et surtout pas assez de tapis de course => embouteillage.
Petit bémol : globalement propre mais un jour les verres n'ont pas été nettoyés et un autre il manquait des serviettes.

Lovely terrace area to have a drink, plus the swimming pool was an added bonus.
Breakfast was quite expensive but a good range of food.
Staff were very accommodating.
The bedroom got very hot at night, even with the air conditioning on.
The hotel is situated in the town centre, so away from the Porto river frontage.
Very friendly reception staff on arrival. The hotel has a breakfast/ buffet area but does not serve a full menu choice.
Our room was very clean & quiet and we would happily stay again.

My wife and I visited this hotel for a short break in Porto
We loved the outdoor area, with pool and sunbathing, but felt the hours need to be customer led rather than the rules of the staff- it closed at 8 on a lovely evening- and awful musak was a distraction.
The room was fine, similarly the breakfast with a good selection of pastries- but I have never, whilst travelling, been asked for an extra €5 for an omelette.
Location is good with the station and superb market hall within easy reach.
If they can improve these issues I would stay again.

Location was great -- really close to Sao Bento train station and walkable to so many things to see and to many restaurants and stores. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful all the time. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a bit small but adequate if you're not spending alot of time in them. We had a connecting room with our two adult children, which was very handy. It was super quiet at night despite being in a central location. There is some street construction going on in the area, so it's a bit harder for taxis (or Ubers) to get close to the hotel, but hopefully that is a temporary issue.
