Prima uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Arnhem
Pros:

Hartelijke ontvangst, we konden al om 12.00 uur de kamer in en dat was echt heel fijn. Het hotel heeft een afgesloten parkeergarage wat een veilig gevoel heeft. De kamer was zeer ruim en had meer dan voldoende faciliteiten, ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt was zoals altijd bij Bastion prima. Op verzoek wordt er een eitje geklutst en of gebakken met of zonder bacon en/of tomaat. Het hotel ligt overigens zeer centraal, dichtbij de markt, het centrum en leuke en gezellige terrassen.

Het personeel.
Er was een klein akkefietje met de badkamer. Het personeel reageerde direct heel actief en meedenkend. Meteen werd een andere kamer geregeld. Heel positief.

Het was heel warm op de kamer en een raam
open aan de straatkant was niet echt een optie gezien het lawaai.

Tissues en/of wattenschijfjes in de badkamer zou ook prettig zijn.
