Pros:

Great location, very easy check in, quite a large room

Cons:

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, very basic but not bad for the price I guess, coffee machine didn’t work

Ruime kamer, fijn bed en heerlijke douche

Cons:

Er zit flink wat schimmel in de douche

We hadden twee kamers geboekt maar mijn vriendin moest door ziekte op de dag zelf afzeggen. Annuleren kon tot 24 uur van tevoren. Heel erg flauw van het hotel dat ze haar toch laten betalen en geen uitzondering willen maken. Het was ook niet mogelijk om de datum te verplaatsen.

De baliemedewerker verschuilt zich achter: ‘Het hoofdkantoor heeft besloten geen uitzondering te maken’. Er werd zelfs gesuggereerd dat ik zelf maar iemand moest gaan zoeken die de kamer zou willen gebruiken!

Dit starre en klant onvriendelijke gedrag zorgt ervoor dat ik nooit meer bij een Bastion hotel zal boeken.

Pros:

we hadden geen ontbijt bij Bastion.
De ligging is optimaal, gunstig in het centrum.
Arnhem is een gezellige stad; in het bijzonder
omdat we vroeger in Arnhem woonden.
Memories are made of this !

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Zelfs het weer werkte mee.

Next to the river, and an easy walk to the old town of Arnham for lots of bars and restaurants and shops, just next to the old city gates. The hotel is modern and new, and our room (a family room - #260) was gigantic. The beds were also very comfortable, and staff was great.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about! I think €18.50 is outrageous for breakfast, but there is a Spar very close by for breakfast items.
