Booking doesn't tell you about a deposit. It's 50 bucks and they haven't sent my money

The soft bed and hot shower

Cons:

They stole my deposit (yall ain't say shit about a deposit on the website but was charged when i got there), the refrigerator didn't work, if you're a gamer or like to use the firestick on their television it doesn't work

We did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

When we entered the room, we proceeded to examine it and found excrement left on the toilet in the bathroom. I immediately reached out to the support team, and they advised us that housekeeping had already departed for the day, requiring me to clean the toilet, with no effort made to notify us about the incident, thereby leaving us to resolve the issue over the weekend.
