Pros:

The TRYP hotel was good. Our room had a kitchen and a small seating area. It was clean and located in an excellent area of Santa Cruz. The price was reasonable and included breakfast. The hotel advertised a bar/restaurant, but it was only available at breakfast from what we could see. However, there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. Viru Viru airport is about 15-20 minutes away.

El personal de recepción no es empático. Te tratan como si no estuvieras pagando. Específicamente los que están en la madrugada y en el primer turno. Se siente como si no quisieran atenderte.

Quarto grande, boas opções de alimentação no entorno. Atendimento excelente. A Academia deixa a desejar, não tem pesos, não tem colchonete, é abafado. E não tem restaurante no local.
