小樽観光のベース発見💡
Pros:

小樽駅から徒歩圏内で利便性が良く、館内，部屋ともに清潔感があり気持ち良く滞在することができた。

The room was big.

Cons:

The shower was very dirty, it had mold and it clogged, and the water temperature was very hard to regulate. It was very cold or very hot at times.

Good location but poor essential facilities
Pros:

The location was great right in the centre of Otaru

Cons:

The shower would occasionally douse you with cold water without warning and had mold in it. The walls were paper thin so you could hear the other guests, and someone had smoked in the lobby and left cigarette buts on the floor which were there for several days.

オフシーズン価格なら相当だと思うが、オンシーズンは価格が高いので不満が残る。
Pros:

荷物預かりの本館が駅近な点
コンビニに近い

Cons:

ホームページに記載のあるロビーのコーヒーマシンがなかった。楽しみにしていたので残念。
何回か本館に電話したが繋がらなかった。
隣の部屋の声がかなり聞こえる。
4人部屋を利用したが、テーブルのスペースに椅子が2つしかなくて困った。ベッドに腰掛けることもできない部屋だったので、簡易的な丸椅子でもいいので人数分椅子を置いて欲しい。
