Very upscale
The rooms were clean and nice. The location was quite near the Wingspan Event Center where our son had a gym meet early the next day.
The site lacks its own way to provide breakfast. Instead, the owners provide each room with a gift card for the closest of several nearby bakeries.
Because our son's gym meet started at 8am, but that particular bakery did not open until 9am, we only discovered upon arriving late at night that were were on our own for finding a filling breakfast at 7am the next morning. Which was not difficult, but a "heads up" would have been nice.
It was cute, clean, comfy, welcoming and all around lovely.
I think the Orenco is a great idea. Love the whole vibe and my room was amazing. Love the bonus voucher to tour de jour. Was not able to use it this time but looking forward to it in the future. I also loved the self check-in and check-out feature. So easy to follow. However I would give the information prior to the visit. I left not knowing how to check out since no one was up front only to get a message that I need to check out by i think 12 but I was left at 7AM.
The one negative I had was that the shower was a little snug but with the spacing they had, it all came together really good.
There was no staff it was quite like an Air BNB. it was great except for the
TV remote didn't work but that was fine
The location and brewkfast coupons were wonderful! The bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in it the whole time. We'll definitely be back! Thank you. ❤️

Breakfast at the French patisserie, on the corner, was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

All the amenities were lovely and thoughtful. The flowers and brownstone was candy to the eye.
The shower door didn’t close so water was all over the floor with evidence that this has been long standing problem

Booking.com reservation stated check out was between 11:00-12:00 am(?!) on 8/25 which led to some confusion
Check in and entry was easy. Never saw a staff member. Coffee and snacks were reasonable, the certificate for the local bakery was good for a couple lattes. Easy to park on the street. Great location, convenient to restaurants and the New Seasons grocery store
We propped the window open with a coffee cup to get some ventilation, the window would not stay open on it's own. Mattress was a little soft. Between the coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes the room seemed cluttered and a little cramped, maybe putting all this in one tall cabinet would help.

It wasn’t the property itself. I think it was just the season, but a lot of mosquitoes and spiders
It was cozy and nice. Was a bit disappointed with how the Microwave made the breaker trip because the sign to warn us about it wasn't visible. Also, would have expected a booking under the category of Bed and Breakfast to have actually included breakfast... instead its ONE $12 voucher per room (not person) per night, for a cafe down the street.

Short walk to stores, restaurants and parks in the heart of Orenco. The complimentary breakfast at the local bakery across the street was delicious, with both sweet and savory options.
We loved the room - quiet, comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, clean and yet not cookie cutter hotel. It felt boutique and a little like hotels we've stayed at in Europe. Owners were very helpful. Location was convenient, lovely little restaurants down the road. We had incredible sushi for dinner and pain au chocolats at the corner patisserie for breakfast.

This property has become a favorite for a get away or a stay away for a conference. We continue to use this property as a first choice.

There was hair in the bathroom in a few different locations. I told management but he didn't do anything about or offer to have someone come clean it.
