Great location. The room was clean and comfortable.
The room was very warm and the AC didn’t seem to work. It wasn’t completely obvious from the front door that we were at the right place when we first arrived.

Not obvious signage so initially hard to find the building. There was no air con and no fan available so the room was so unbearably hot and we struggled to sleep.
Location was great, and the staff couldn't have been better. Very polite, and did everything they could for us. Room was very clean.
Biggest issue is that there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms, and they don't have any fans for guests. It seems this issue has come up from previous years and managers haven't done anything about it. We were staying during the summer and the heat in the room was unbearable. We had to stay out of the room until very late at night. On our second day I then had to go out and purchase a fan, which during a heat wave wasn't easy as most places were sold out. Had to spend £60 on something the hotel should be able to provide.
If you are staying any time outside of the summer I would recommend. But during the summer I would avoid at all costs.

No working air conditioning in 31 degrees and not even any fans offered for in the rooms. Unsure why there is the systems in the rooms when none of them work. This made the temperature in the rooms unbearable to sleep in.
This hotel is in a great location close to the Kensington High Street train station. The room was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was quite compact, and because there is no lift, moving suitcases up to the higher floors can be difficult.
