Good location but don’t expect a good service or clean too
Pros:

We like the location, quiet area, it’s close to the markets and transportation.

Cons:

We didnt like that the sheets were stained, our room has not been cleaned during our 5 nights stay (it was only tidied), the air conditioning was not heating at all.

Pros:

Location - great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Really close to underground station. the bed was comfortable, recepcionista was very helpful.

Trovarlo é stata un'impresa perché la porta é stata ridipinta di un altro colore e non ci sono targhe a segnalare che si tratta di una struttura ricettiva.
Lo staff é presente solo dalle 9 della mattina alle 9 di sera, qualora ci fossero problemi viene fornito un numero da chiamare al quale vengono applicate delle tariffe.
Viene consegnata una sola chiave per stanza, non ci sono asciugamani per il viso e le mani e i teli doccia sono lisi, duri e hanno odore di chiuso.
Qualsiasi sia il contrattempo lo staff non fa nulla per risolverlo, la loro frase standard é "we are very sorry, thank you for the undestanding". La mattina della partenza non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia per mancanza di acqua, il minimo che mi sarei aspettata é una piccola percentuale di rimborso dovuta al disagio. Questo sarebbe un 4 stelle?

Cons:

Had to provide photo id and prepay a deposit although only charged £1. Quite compact but okay for a short stay. No spoons on the tea tray.

Water supply issue which wasn’t the hotels fault meant we did not have a functioning bathroom one morning, unfortunately hotel staff did not respond when I contacted the phone numbers I was given or when I did speak to someone, on the ‘emergency’ phone number they didn’t offer any help at all - really disappointing service after previously having great service here

Ett bra ställe men bo inte i rum 10.
Pros:

Läget och personalen.

Cons:

Har haft andra rum som var fina. I rum 10 som jag fick nu verkar vara mitt i en renovering. Fläckiga väggar, spegel som saknas, eluttag som inte fungerar,
gardiner inte rätt upphängda.

Bargain price and great location, not so great for a good nights sleep!

Nice area, very close to tube station, tea and coffee making facilities, clean bathroom with good shower

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable as it sloped to one side, room very hot, no aircon and window only opened a few inches. Bathroom clean but other areas (floor and shelving dusty)
