We had a great time staying here, the staff were attentive and friendly and the room is great value at a super convenien
Pros:

The location was great and the facilities that were provided are amazing for the cost! The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

There was some hair on the wall of the shower from the last person who stayed there and the shower wasn’t very powerful!

Stayed here for a girls trip, the room itself was a great size and the staff were really friendly.

Personnel pas du tout compréhensible et désaccord à distance mais hôtel propre et fidèle aux photos rien à dire.

Établissement très propre et chambre fidèle aux photos.

Cons:

Très déçue ! Je réserve le logement pour 3 nuits et après avoir réservée je reçois un message de l’établissement comme quoi l’enregistrement ne se fait pas après 21h. Je négocie avec l’hôtel pour pouvoir avoir une arrivée autonome, rien à faire. Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser la première nuit non plus. Je me retrouve à devoir réserver un autre hôtel pour la première nuit car mon vol atterrit à 23h… je trouve ça un peu culotté de proposer des chambres d’hôtel avec une arrivée maximum à 21h dans une des plus grandes villes du monde et qu’en plus après il n’y ait pas de geste commercial possible !!!

Para ser Londres y los precios que hay por cuchitriles, este este hotel está muy bien. Es la típica casa victoriana, en cada planta hay 3/4 habitaciones, están muy muy pegadas. Por lo que se oye a los vecinos, la cama para mi gusto algo dura pero eso va en cada uno. Nosotros lo cogimos para un fin de semana y lo hemos usado para dormir únicamente y la verdad que para lo que queríamos que era eso, muy Agusto. La habitación es como en las fotos. pequeña pero nada agobiante. El metro de High Street kensington a 3 minutos andando. Tiene secador de pelo, y una nesspreso con un par de cápsulas que te rellenan cada día. Así como los sobrecitos de champo y el gel. En definitiva, para ser Londres y por el precio, es perfecto para un viaje de 2/4 noches.

Cons:

Mejor ir sin maletas por el tema de las escaleras. No hay ascensor.
