Pros:

The largest and most luxurious room we stayed so far in this price range. Super clean too, staff very polite and helpful. And the best of all - fantastic view from the rooftop where one of the smoking areas was located too. Easy access to the Kobe airport, as well as the main transit hub of Kobe (Sannomiya).

Cons:

The train (portliner) station is in reasonable distance when not having any luggage, but with luggage it's not ideal. However this is only a minor inconvenience in comparison to the positives. I would 100% book again if I come again to Kobe.

残念なところがありすぎました
Pros:

大浴場とサウナはよかったです
休憩スペースも広く使いやすいと感じた

Cons:

9階にあるレストランの床がベトベトすぎる
朝食の時点でこんなにベタベタしてていいの？てレベルで朝から不快になりました
そのベトベトて部屋に戻るとか気持ち悪すぎました

部屋のエアコンの風が臭いのも清掃ができてないのではと感じました

Pros:

お風呂が24時間入れたこと
スッタフの方がいつも笑顔で、困ったときにいつも相談できたこと
その困った対策は全て解決してもらい、快適な滞在になった

Cons:

部屋の掃除をして下さい、だけでなく掃除でもしてて欲しいことを具体時に伝えればよかった

大変良かったです。
Pros:

ブュッフェのロケーション、神戸港の夜景を見られた事。ディナー、朝食とも美味しかったのと、スパのサウナに熱波師が演出してくれた事。

Cons:

ポット用の水が浴室水栓からしか汲めない事。
出来れば浄水された水を用意してほしかった。

Great price and accommodation with location and travel convenient to Shinkansen.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and catered to Japanese styles for obvious reasons but still had a wide variety available. Staff spoke English when our we didn’t know certain Japanese vocabulary. Spa and hot bath were nice add-on at no charge. Great price and adequate size room for two people staying for two weeks.

Cons:

The walk from the last station at Naka Koen wasn’t long but just hard to navigate at first; didn’t know we needed to go over the tracks and through the building.

Pros:

部屋の中は綺麗でした

Cons:

エレベーターが1台しか稼働しておらず、スタッフがワゴンで乗り込んでて客が居るのに降りず、そのまま行ってしまった。チェックインのためにエレベーターで結構な人数が待ってたのに。
屋上へ景色を見に上がるとエレベーターホールにゴミが山ほど積まれてた。スタッフは気付かないの？定期的にチェックして常に清潔保って欲しい。

Pros:

部屋が凄く清潔な所と全体的に静かな所。
夜景が凄い。屋上から見える神戸の夜景が綺麗だった。
朝食もおいしかった。
エレベーターも二基ありエレベーター待ちなど殆ど無かった。

Cons:

大衆浴場なんですが・・これはホテル側に非があるわけじゃないんですが。
行った時期が悪く、学生の卒業旅行？？等で来ている方が沢山いまして浴槽入るにも人が多すぎて入れない状態でした。
ホテルの方で混雑する時間等の案内とかあれば良いと思います。
