Pros:

三ノ宮にポートライナーでいけるなどロケーションよく、ホテル自体も屋上からの景色も神戸らしくてよかったです。大浴場があるのも素晴らしい。部屋もとても静かでした。

Pros:

Rooms very comfortable and facilities great, spa was a great addition. Staff very helpful. Ate in the restaurant which had great views of the harbour.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Couldn’t find anything.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an area with many logistics companies that have truck traffic in the middle of the night. The sound insulation of the windows is very bad why the noise from the trucks all night long is annoying.
In addition, the elevator is directly attached to the room (#301, a so called “premium” room), that adds noise.
Access to the hotel from the train station with heavy luggage is a problem.
Storage space in the room is not sufficient and it is not possible to hang out longer items like trousers.
No hooks in the bathroom.
Access to the public bath with a tattoo is strictly prohibited and they make you sign your confirmation at check in.

房間是套房改裝的沒有衣櫃，房間有怪味，角落清潔度不是很好。

早班櫃台人員，服務態度良好，早餐也不錯，種類比較少。

Cons:

10/03 晚班櫃台人員，態度冷淡！
房間竟然沒有面紙盒，是要用廁所的捲筒衛生紙，礦泉水寶特瓶都沒有，兩個大人一個小孩11歲，一晚收費台幣9250NTD
台灣人，不要訂這一間 。

Pros:

Le sento était agréable

Cons:

Les chambres étaient minuscules, bruyantes, les lits étaient trop petits. Le personnel n'est pas très agréable, se repose dans les parties communes, en s'étalant sur les canapés. La localisation est loin du métro, excentrée de la ville.
Nous avons été dans beaucoup d'hotels au Japon, c'est notre pire expérience.
Nous avons même changé de chambre car la première ne permettait même pas de mettre une valise au sol. Nous avons donc perdu de l'argent, et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait.

良いホテルを見つけた！また泊まりたい(^o^)
Pros:

すごく綺麗だった。
部屋も広くてお風呂とトイレも別で広いのに大浴場があってすごく良かった！
屋上からの景色（夜景）が最高‼︎
フロントの人もみんな良い方でオシャレでリーズナブルでまた泊まりたいと思いました‼︎
