I always stay here when visiting Motherwell as the location is central to all facilities, the rooms are amazing and access is easy. Communications are really smooth - highly recommended
I have stayed before and loved it, however the room where I stayed this time didn't have a comfortable bed and the sheets had been washed with so much bleach that the entire room smelled of bleach. This was very irritating for my airways unfortunately.
Liked the self check in and the little extra touches like biscuits and water.
Decor was lovely and bed was really comfortable - has everything you need for a short stay.
Check out is early especially for weekend days. I understand cleaners need to get in etc but 11am would be better.
No where in shower for soap / shampoo etc to be put on, no soap dish on sink and only a towel rail radiator for the towels.
Could have something more practical for all 3.
Shower mixer was coming off the wall a little and if leaned on would come right off.
Locks or chains are needed on the inside of the door, I had a drunken football fan, obviously confused, trying to get into my room, repeatedly trying different combinations on the digital key lock, thankfully he gave up but it shows that internal locks are needed.
Nothing to complain about with the Sweeney , everything was as expected , very very clean , great location and great value , would definitely recommend this place .

The location was great. It was only an 8 minute walk to the railway station where we could go to either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
