Overall good location with typical American roadside hotel amenities
Pros:

This Holiday Inn located on the south side of Bend, OR was well situated and had a large parking lot. It offered a free buffet breakfast. The room was commodious and well appointed.

Cons:

Arrival was somewhat off putting due to the parking lot being jammed with some five to six dozen construction vehicles from constructions crews that were staying at the hotel. On top of that, the south side of the hotel was under construction itself making access to the hotel lobby somewhat tricky. The advertised full hot breakfast was sub par and served on plastic plates, plastic cups, and in plastic wrappers.

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was wheelchair accessible & we were able to bring our dog
Pros:

Everyone was courteous and helpful. We had a problem with our car battery and the service desk was ready to help with a battery charger. We were also very pleased to be able to bring our dog.

Very great for the price of one night and the staff very helpful they made us feel so welcome.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and easy.. The staff was nice and so very helpful we needed a baby bed and they ran one right up even though it was almost 11 pm when we arrived. The space is nice and the bathroom was very open and everything was comfortable.

Cons:

The location is kind of in a weird spot. The parking lot is small and not for any bigger vehicles. The pool is smaller and they don't have a hot tub

Pros:

The pool, the location, rooms were spacious. Carpet in rooms should be changed to a solid surface flooring.

Cons:

Our rooms didn’t get refreshed with coffee. We didn’t expect a linens change, but we do like the room tidied and refreshed each day.

They were very accommodating making sure we got the right room for my elderly father. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful.

Quite nice and we would stay here again.
Pros:

We didn't partake of the breakfast so can not rate that service. We found the bed quite comfortable and appreciated the variety of pillow firmness. Also the shower was nice and roomy.

Cons:

I didn't care for the window cover. With it opening only up and down it needs to be open to see any view. Where with side to side open you can move it a little and still have privacy.

Good value. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was a good value and had good variety. Everything about the place was clean says my wife the former hospital housekeeper. The window had blackout shades.

Cons:

The bed felt like it was on the firm side. I like squishy beds, but that is a personal taste item.

I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was in excellent condition. The beds and pillows really comfortable. Great hot breakfast with eggs, pancakes and cooked oatmeal. Bonus - coffee was yummy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
