The staff is exceptionally supportive, even though communication is an issue. Jack is the legend. He tried everything to fix the issues including helping me with Chinese translations and calling the shuttle for rescheduling.
Beds could be better. The mattress was a bit hard.

Amazing view (from the ocean view room) we were on 35th floor (guest rooms go from 35-49) absolutely stunning view of the bay. We stayed over new years and it was around a 30 minute walk to central Xinghai square for the fireworks. We would’ve had a perfect view from the hotel room either 😄
The breakfast was not quite worth it - lots of options but a lot of them were cold or dry. Great if you’re missing European food though, they had baguette and full Irish breakfast items. The baguette was almost rock solid 😅 but it still hit the spot. I would suggest the made-to-order breakfast items instead or exploring some local restaurants/cafes
Good location, beautiful view from the window, comfortable and hospitality.
Condition doesn’t work and heating instead of cooling. I had to live in plus 30 degrees by celsius. Had to open my goor to do not boiled.

The staff and the managers were very polite and helpful. They addressed many of my requests and are extremely accommodating. The room was very clean. Gorgeous view. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
The central air conditioning is not functioning in some part of April, but management is actively addressing the issue.
In later March, the room has a little bit of cold during the night. The air condition didn't work on the heating. I asked the room service to put an electric heater in the room. Except for this, everything is fine for stay, free parking, cleaning, good location.
