Staff needs more training. I had requested my lodge invoice many times for reimbursement purpose. They only sent me the invoice for car parking fee and told me to ask booking.com for the invoice since I booked the hotel from the third party. But Booking told me the lodge invoice is always at hotel side. So I contacted staff back snd they were kicking the ball and throw me a no invoice saying. I then contacted Hyatt Headquarter asking the solution, then your staff just eventually sent me the lodge invoice. So either your staff lacks of training and have no idea how to get the lodge invoice if customer booked from the third party, or they do not want to spend time finding the invoice.
The front desk is less than. Except for allison. She's amazing!
Would you get to check in early which was great. Because we had an appointment at usc. However, they are just so rude at the front desk. We go to the other Hyatt House in Cypress and they are so welcoming when you walk in!

Everything about this hotel was really nice. Looked clean, good price, and the bathroom was modern! The only issue I really had with the stay was the water pressure was not great. There was barely strength in the water, and the water temperature was not hot it was just luke warm.
The bathrooms water temperature was luke warm and the water pressure was very low. Couldn't have a nice hot shower, more of a warm rinse. The TV took a while to turn on and work as well.
