The property itself is fine. It is a good locationon the on the medical center campus. It is clean and modern.

The place was very poorly run and an absolute crap show. I have never had a worse experience and I stay in hotels weekly for work. For starters I arrived at the hotel at 9 am and I knew it was too early to check in and was 100% ok with that. I worked and had grueling day and came back to the hotel at 5:00 pm ready to check in and lay down and relax and it was and they said there was no room ready. I asked what time check in was and she said 3:00pm and I said ok well it is 5:00 pm and I have reserved a room ( mind you I checked with the desk at 9:00 am) and you still don’t have. a room? The staff was so frustrating they were unapologetic and awful. Then they finally get me a room and I go in and it smells like electrical fire and is hotter than ian inferno. Los Angeles was having a heat wave so I thought i just needed to turn on the air and the room would cool. WRONG. The air vent was blowing out hot air. Burning hot air. I called the room temp was 98 degrees. The maintaince man came in and said yeah your AC is broken ( again during a heat wave) he said they will move you to a different room. Then front desk called with the nastiest attitude rude as can be and said yeah we don’t have any other rooms. I said can someone get me a fan at least she said no. They were not accommodating at all. I have never had a worse night in sweltering heat sweating so hard and was so hot I actually felt sick and nauseous. They were so uncaring and rude about it all. zero help zero customer service. Then to top it off I was leaving early in the morning and the damn elevators were not working. I had luggage and had to go down the stairs. I get to the bottom of the stairs after painfully dragging all of my bags and the door to get out is locked!!!!!! I was livid!! I was trying to call front desk and after like 40 mins was able to get. I ended up being late for a very important meeting.

The parking is not good at all we had to park across the hotel and walk with our belongings you also get charge for parking 42$ which Is crazy the parking is not right next to hotel it’s across the hotel
