Dissatisfied, due to multiple odors throughout hotel. Had to leave, which was very inconvenient.

Foi tudo perfeito! Fui com minha bebe de 2 anos por ser um hotel de uma rede conhecida.. pegamos o quarto com banheira (o que facilitou muito o banho dela) e mini cozinha (com microondas, fogão, frigobar, etc). Acabamos usando apenas o frigobar e o microondas apenas, mas a cozinha (junto com a sala) tornou nossa estadia muito mais aconchegante. em relação ao barulho, ficamos em um quarto nos fundos e não escutamos nada. O café da manhã era bom (mas nada comparado aos cafés da manha do Brasil). Não tinha muita variedade, mas era ok. O quarto era amplo e limpo. O chuveiro tinha água forte e quente. Solicitamos que um berço estivesse em nosso check in. O berço não estava disponível, mas ao chegar, eles prontamente nos atenderam. A localização era bom, mas como há muito trânsito em LA, acabá.vamos gastando muito tempo para ir ao centro (em torno de 20-30 minutos). Nossa estadia, em geral foi muito agradável e os pontos negativos não atrapalharam em nada. ficaria novamente aqui com toda certeza. se estivesse viajando sozinha, acredito que há opções com melhor custo benefício (mais perto do centro e mais baratas), mas para viagem em família com bebês e crianças, o hotel é perfeito, muito confortável.

Cons:

O ar condicionado no quarto era muito fraco (do hotel em si era bem forte). Acionamos a recepção que prontamente enviou técnicos, mas mesmo assim, o quarto não gelava muito (fomos em uma época que estava fazendo 37 graus). O estacionamento (como a maioria dos locais em LA) era pago (e BEM caro), US$40 por dia.

There was hair in the shower
Hot water was barely lukewarm and you had to wait about 10 minutes for that. Very expensive and you have to pay 42.00 a night for parking

Cons:

Location was bad--right next to train yard 5+ minute delays exiting the hotel due to trains on tracks blocking roads. Breakfast items were gone by 7:45 am. Walls are thin, 6am load music from neaighboring room woke us up. Food on the floor of the lobby
