My stay was comfortable and would definitely come again.
Pros:

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and it was super close to my surgeon’s office.

Cons:

The parking is super expensive. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the property so I do like it. This time the AC was not working in my room. The air was blowing but it was not cool at all.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Hôtel agréable

Cons:

La voie ferrée juste à côté. Impossible de dormir la 1ere nuit. On a demandé à changer de chambre par la suite. C était toujours bruyant mais un peu moins si vous avez une chambre de l autre côté de la voie ferrée..

Cons:

La chambre dégageait une forte odeur de vinaigre. Nous l’avons signalée au personnel de l’hôtel, mais la seule solution proposée a été de mettre du désodorisant, ce qui n’a absolument pas fonctionné.

Les draps et les couvertures sentaient l’humidité. Personne n’est venu vérifier si nous avions besoin de serviettes supplémentaires, ni changer les draps. De plus, les joints du carrelage de la salle de bains étaient sales.

Enfin, à l’accueil, on nous a parlé d’un parking sans jamais préciser qu’il était payant. Rien n’indiquait, ni à l’accueil ni à l’entrée du parking, que le stationnement coûtait 50 $ par nuit.

Seems like hostel but labeled as Hyatt hotel
Pros:

It is called a hotel but should be identified as a hostel
The place is next to a train track so very loud so much so that
The Hyatt provides aer plugs and sound reducing machines
The sheets towels and pillows are hostel quality
Truly an embarrassment that the Hyatt name is on this property

Forgot the food is awful and the front desk rude

Nightmare in Hyatt.
Pros:

Night manger rude would not help me would not provide luggage cart, arguing about everything I ask for . Service just god awful.
