Americas Best Value Inn Grayson

Got there around 12am. Traveling with my daughter and her friend. Went to the bathroom and the door wouldn't open and was broke. Had to be let out by the overnight staff. Thank goodness I was with someone because if not I would have been stuck in there as I did not have my phone or anything else. This happened twice because as I was getting ready I fell into the door and it closed shut again. I had to be let out a 2nd time. Very unsafe and inconvenient. The 1st time was barely met with an apology. The girl barely said anything. Had it not been so late at night I would have really went off.

The carpet was sticky and gross. The bathroom had random holes in the wall. I was afraid to touch anything. This could be a good place to stay if some repairs and updates are completed.

The outside looked kinda bad. The rail on the stairs was loose and the steps were a bit crooked.

I was told by the manager KC I would be refunded because I was charged twice. Now they don’t want to refund me my money and stopped answering my messages

Extremely unclean. It was disgusting. Found a box of condoms left over from previous tenant. Mold in bathroom, dirt in corners of sink area and room,, broken furniture, went to sit in the only chair in the room and it had a broken leg.
Smelly and dark dirty carpet.

Outdated and a little pricey

carpet looked bad, dark and worn. walls needed painted. drapes were wrinkled, pancake syrup was gooey and tasteless, toilet need cleaned. sheets thin and stained. the room wasn't cooled for us. was turned on heat. the manager came and fixed it. was nice

The breakfast or bed sheets.

Worst hotel experience of my life and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. The hotel stated they were open 24 hours, so I booked a room and told them we were arriving at midnight. We were traveling from WV to KY and needed a place to spend the night. We arrived, rang the bell and a man came out and told us he couldn’t check us in until 4am. Therefore we left and went to a hotel down the street. That man said the hotel we were just at was well known for bugs, prostitution and drug trafficking and it has been shut down many times. Oh, I was also charged for this room too because it says we canceled on them. What a joke! Do NOT stay here ever!!!

The carpet could definitely be revamped, but the were no rips or obvious stains.

Everything was dirty, sink was broken, no shower just disgusting. The carpet was filthy, the microwave was dirty. Curtains looked like they were dried too long and windows were dirty. The outside of the place was very dirty as well. The room also had roaches. A very disgusting place.

As far as the hotel all was good.

It took me forever to check in because they didn’t know how to look up where I booked online and there was no hot water at all

Obsługa była bardzo miła i sympatyczna jednakże od razu po wejściu do pokoju poczuliśmy przykry zapach oraz brud. Po wejściu do pokoju zauważyliśmy pluskwy - robaki były w kilku miejscach. Od razu opuściliśmy pokój, mam nadzieję że firma ustosunkuje się do próśb cofnięcia naszej kwoty to będzie wtedy duży atut
