Pros:

Típico desayuno de hotel americano, muy bueno. El personal MUY atento, dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier cosa. Hablan español. La ubicación es cerca al aeropuerto.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und das Frühstück für Amerika wirklich gut und vielseitig.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist DIREKT an einem echt sehr genutzten Highway gelegen und NICHT leise. Ich hatte um ein leises Zimmer gebeten aber wir waren direkt nach vorn raus untergebracht.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end.
Pros:

I arrived very late and had to leave before breakfast. I informed the staff at check in and when I checked out the next morning, he had several prepackaged pastries for my daughter and I to take with us. I also appreciated how clean everything was. The room was extremely clean. I liked how close it is to IAH airport.

Will remember this for the future!
Pros:

I was desperate for a room at 1:00 after many flights delayed/cancelled. Found this on booking, room perfectly clean and fine, various shampoos, staff nice, decent coffee and breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend!

Pros:

It was sooooo clean and staff is very friendly . We actually booked another room at another location for the weekend. But when we got there the ac didn’t work , and more… we decided to take the loss and book here … it was not a disappointment at all!

The card reader was not working right use a different card to pay for the room again and now I have to wait 7 to 14 days
Pros:

It was very clean , the breakfast was the best who ever that young lady was attending to it did an excellent excellent job I don’t know what you pay her but she is well worth more.

Overall decent stay, but the beds were the chief complaint. Super hard.
Pros:

Cleanliness, easy parking, after hours locked doors. Attentive house keeping and very sweet.

Cons:

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. You can hear literally everything from the room next to you. The AC filter in the room could’ve used a replacement and smelled bad.
