We were extremely well catered for and your staff were nothing short of fantastic!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the morning Staff were excellent especially Taylor and Kathy!
Lando was especially helpful with my phone which i was having problems with! He went above and beyond to help me! Fantastic service!
Christina the evening bar /Grill manager was a breath of fresh air,making our stay the best it could have been!
Although all of the staff were good! These four people were a credit to you and should be commended!

Cons:

For our first two nights there, the grill was not in use,so food was limited! and your hotel being so rural with no alternatives to get food! after 22hours of travel,Christina made sure we were well fed and very well catered for, going above and beyond!

Perfect location

Cons:

We booked the day before we came because of the pool. When we checked in we were told what time the pool closed and where it was. The kids went and got on their swimsuits and were excited just to get down to the pool with a closed sign on it. Never told at booking or check it that it was closed

Clean hotel, friendly staff, awesome amenities, will be coming back!
Pros:

We were blown away by the staff! They went as far as to leave sticky notes with positive phrases on the breakfast table. The bartender was very engaging every day. Even the front desk was friendly and quick! The rooms were very clean and tended to. The amenities were perfect perfection. We have never seen a workout room in a hotel is good as that one and as clean.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Cons:

Carpet nasty, sticky. After I left there stayed in a Hoilday Inn in Nashville. The hard wood floor was much better

Pros:

Staff was friendly, very clean and I love the pool. I love the hours for breakfast and I just love the location.
