Pros:

La struttura era relativamente semplice, adatta a tutti, comoda per il centro di Macugnaga molto pulita e comoda.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il pagamento del parcheggio poiché non richiesto e non anticipato durante la prenotazione

Chambre calme vue joli jardin. Lit haut et confortable, matelas unique très apprécié.

Disappointing
Pros:

We had a tasty dinner although the menu was limited.

Cons:

The bedroom room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The bathroom door did not open properly as the toilet paper holder blocked it. The shower had poor pressure and limited amount of hot water and was also very small. I would not have minded but I had stayed at four hotels in similar sized alpine villages for similar price and they were considerably better. The lift also fitted one person and large bag!

We also had packed breakfast booked which amounted to two packets of biscuits, two apricots and a carton of juice. Not exactly what I had in mind or indeed had experienced at other hotels in the week.

I also did not appreciate the rudeness of one member of staff which was wholly uneccessary and inappropriate.

È stato un vero piacere
Pros:

Hotel piccino ma delizioso, accogliente, pulitissimo, gestito con estrema cura e attenzioni verso il cliente. Ottimo il ristorante. La nostra camera era di dimensioni contenute (ma ne eravamo consapevoli) ma confortevole, semplice, sempre ben pulita, calda e comoda a sufficienza (del resto rientravamo giusto per una doccia e per dormire). La titolare è una persona speciale, ne sentiremo la nostalgia

Camera molto piccola e non curata, angolari perline rotti o mancanti. Unica luce a parete sopra l'unico comodino con il paralume tenuto su con scotch e graffette. Mancanza bidet in bagno.
