Ficamos no segundo andar, acho que quarto 18, não tenho certeza do número. A tomada do banheiro não funciona e não consegui ligar o secadora, a outra no quarto, embaixo do espelho tbm estava ruim. O chuveiro saía um friozinho de água, bem pouquinho mesmo..

O quarto muito abafado sem ar condicionado. Ventilador não ventilava todo o quarto. O banheiro empossava água durante o banho. Chuveiro com pouca água.

Cons:

Quarto sem água, para tomar banho, lavar as mãos, escovar os dentes, precisa pedir pra um funcionário ligar a água. Café da manhã, sem opção de fruta, pouca quantidade, demora pra repor o que acaba e a reposição é de quantidade ínfima para um refeitório lotado. Não consegui nem mesmo tomar café com leite, o leite da mesa acabou e demorou pelo menos uns 10 minutos para colocar mais. Enfim, péssimo, não recomendo

Estrutura péssima, propaganda enganosa

Falta de estrutura
Ficamos sem energia , lâmpadas e ar condicionado, caiu a energia durante o banho , a banheira de hidromassagem não funcionou
E ao buscar suporte na recepção fomos informados que não poderiam fazer nada
Pois não tinha gerente , manutenção ou QQ possibilidade de resolver os problemas

A instalação, limpeza, localização, café da manhã

Cons:

Estacionamento. É necessário algum tipo de sinalização para estacionar de maneira adequada, pois notei que muitos visitantes colocaram o carro ocupando duas vagas de uma vez. Fazendo com que outros estacionassem na rua.
