Pros:

Very nicely situated, just a few minutes walk from a train station with the yamanote line. Also great that it is situated in a calm neighbourhood and close to a big supermarket and a 7/11. Spaceous rooms and great equipment all in all.

Un séjour calme et confortable
Pros:

Du café, thé, des petits gâteaux et des bananes étaient offerts pour le petit-déjeuner
la chambre est plus spacieuse que la plupart des chambres d'hôtel à Tokyo
lit confortable
l'accès au jardin était un vrai plus

Cons:

Les rideaux ne font pas bien le noir dans la chambre mais c'est le cas partout au Japon

Friendly Staff, Thin Walls
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood, which made it comfortable for our stay. Daily housekeeping was available, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The hotel was also conveniently located near a train station and a laundromat, which was helpful during our trip.

Cons:

The sink being located inside the bedroom felt odd and impractical. For a hotel positioned as more upscale, it didn’t feel very luxurious, as it lacked extras such as breakfast, bath facilities, or additional amenities. Aside from the spacious room and friendly staff, there wasn’t much else that stood out positively. The closest train station does not have lifts, which may be difficult for travellers with luggage or mobility concerns. While the hotel asks guests to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm, not all guests follow this rule, and the extremely thin walls meant we were often woken early by noise from other travellers. Light sleepers may want to consider other options.
