Overall a great choice for our Jacksonville trip!
Pros:

Loved the location, breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was exactly as expected! They were also having system issues upon check in, but we were still able to get into our room and then the front desk called once the system was back up to confirm everything with me which was helpful. The hotel room itself was very detail oriented and well thought out for travel, with a spacious bathroom.

Cons:

The mattress was not very comfortable. The breakfast/front desk staff were not overly friendly, but they were accommodating as needed.
