Nice place to stay

Overall, the place was fairly nice considering where it’s at. The staff wasn’t necessary over friendly. I ended up leaving early because of parking. I was originally told I would get a refund but now I can’t get them to give me an answer.

I've stayed here several times over a period of years. The staff are ALWAYS terrific! Free breakfast included -- a bonus, but limited variety if you stay three weeks as I do. Occasionally there's hot water for a shower. The rooms are starting to look run-down, but compared to other places, this is still a very good place to stay.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent (friendly and accommodating). The only issue is there is not a lot of options for food as the city has no restaurant franchises. If you don't mind only eating local food from family run canteen style vebders? Then this is a lively place to visit.

Best hotel in city. Our first room air con was not working well so they moved us to a better room. Great staff and clean comfortable rooms.

The room was nice but very small. The internet vouchers were mostly expired, the vouchers that did work disconnected often. The restaurant staff were kind of lazy and the food tasted a bit expired. The downstairs staff were very nice and helpful. I overall think the hotel was decent.

It was nice experience staying at the hotel. Just the wifi need to change the password every 8 hrs i think. But overall it was excellent!

Upon arrival the overall appearance was very attractive. Had a nice workout room altho I did not participate. In my room there was only one wall outlet which and none in the bathroom. The shower head was very corroded and the water did not spray but splashed down like a faucet. The water was only luke warm. I did not like having to place the toilet paper in a wastebasket after a #2 wipe. The overall experience was similar to going to a market , buying beautiful fruit and finding it was bruised inside when you were going to consume it.
