Great location, amazing staff, beautiful rooms and restaurant.
Pros:

Claudia made check-in a breeze, and Gabriella pointed us to some fantastic dinner spots — little touches like that made the whole stay feel personal. Our room had a gorgeous view of the river, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a highlight every morning. After a day out exploring, the pool and gym were exactly what we needed to unwind. Location is unbeatable too — everything’s walkable from there.

A quality stay with exceptional staff
Pros:

The incredibly friendly welcome which continues throughout the stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has great facilities and is really well maintained.

Fantastic Location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely location, staff very friendly & helpful. Easy car parking nearby free.

Cons:

Only 1 point was that there are no free water bottles in the room except in the fridge where you had to purchase them & when the temperature was in the high 30's. I suggested that to the staff as a consideration.

Recomendado !!
Pros:

El sitio esta muy bien ubicado, cercano al teleferico, a los botes de paseo, caminatas, restaurantes. Adicionalmente, tienen alianzas como por ejemplo El corte Inglés que incluye el transporte. Los restaurantes con muy buena atención y servicio, la comida deliciosa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Classy hotel in the quieter Vila Nova de Gaia area but still easy access to all Porto's delights!
Pros:

We had a fabulous spacious river view room. Enjoyed the location on the Vila Nova de Gaia side of the river. Less hustle and bustle but easy to cross to Porto when required. Breakfast was great and had a lovely dinner in the restaurant Renate on our last night.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was "average".
